Situated at the entrance of this historical city of Orebic on Peljesac peninsula, the villa spans across a surface of approximately 12,000 m2.

Villa Viktorija has 8 bedrooms and it can accommodate 16 people comfortably. Every room is equipped with cable tv, mini-bar and air conditioning.

The beach is only 20 m distant and you can also enjoy a large (heated) swimming pool.
There is also a full size football pitch, a large private parking and a poolside barbecue at your disposal.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region

Peljesac is the second largest peninsula in the Adriatic after Istria. It is 65 km long and has a surface area of 348 km². It is connected to the mainland by Stonska Prevlaka (Ston Isthmus), which is 1,450 m wide. The isthmus is mostly sandy, and was probably created by sea sedimentation, which indicates that Peljesac used to be an island.

Peljesac is surrounded by many islands and islets. There are fertile valleys and rocky hills on the peninsula. It enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate. The northeast parts of the island are cool and dry because of the bura wind, while south-west parts are warmer and more humid, thanks to the jugo wind. About 9,000 people inhabit the peninsula. The main activities are olive and wine growing, fishing and tourism.

Peljesac has been inhabited since Neolithic times. There have been many prehistoric Stone Age findings, e.g. axeheads. During the Iron and Bronze Ages, Illyrian communities were founded, bringing the influence of Greek and Italian seafarers and establishing a classical Mediterranean culture on Peljesac. Modern Ston, beneath Podzvizd Hill, with its monumental fortified walls 5.5 km in length, was built under the rule of the Dubrovnik Republic. The walls were meant primarily to protect the salt industry in Ston, which brought in great profits to Dubrovnik.

The Peljesac / Orebic area

Orebic is situated on the south-western part of the Peljesac peninsula, in county of Dubrovnik - Croatia. It lies at the bottom of the St. Elias hill (Sv. Ilija 961 m.). This picturesque sunny townlet was the town of sea captains and a sailors. Many documents and various articles from its famous seafaring past can be found in the Maritime museum.

Orebic offers to its visitors pure environment, untouched nature with hundred years old pines and cypress trees almond trees, agavas and flowers. Long sandy beaches and numerous small bays with crystal clear sea - water. On the hill above Orebic there is the Franciscan Monastery (1470) dominating the scenery and housing the museum.
