Villa Juliette is ideally positioned just 50 metres from the clear adriatic sea in a very beautiful location with direct views to Korcula Island. It is newly renovated and superbly equipped. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeps 7 (or 9 with the use of a double sofa bed) It has the benefit of aircon and unlimited internet. Several dining and lounging terraces. Stone built barbeque with dining furniture and romantic night lighting, designed for outdoor summer living. Gardens with citrus, fig and olive trees. Gated private parking for 2 cars. Garage with washing facilities 2 excellent value restaurants are within a 2 minute walk of the house. All amenities are a 5 minute drive, there is the convenience of a small supermarket and bakery within a 5 minute walk. Beach mats and beach towels are provided aswell as the standard linens. The ferry to Korcula Island is just 3km away (3 euro return trip) Local pick up excursions to Dubrovnik and Mostar are available Weekly laundry change of bedding and towels. Catering delivery service and babysitting available daily/nightly on request.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
Peljesac is a peninsula on the Dalmatian coast ,connected to the Croatian mainland just 60km north of Dubrovnik, it stretches 70km to Loviste at the farthest point. It has a Mediterranean climate with super weather for over 8 months of the year, making it a great destination for out of season breaks aswell as for summer vacations , yet it is just a 2hr flight from uk!
The perfect location for those who seek the best of both worlds! here you can see some of the most spectacular scenery that has inspired writers and poets, find tranquil beaches and coves, go island hopping around the southern archipelago and Eleffiti islands ,indulge in all watersport activities or........... within 90 minutes you can be in the hub of activity in Dubrovnik's cosmopolitan centre which offers art, history, culture, fine cuisine,music festivals ,nightlife and great historical interest.
A fast catermeran can take you from here to the beautiful island of Hvar or to the city of Split.
Peljesac / Orebic area
This is a stunningly beautiful area. The fabulous blue green adriatic water sprinkled with islands that run along the coast resembling strings af pearls. This set to a dramatic mountain backdrop coated with cyprus and pine trees.
Inland most of the area is given to wine growing. Small quiet bays can easily be found here. This is an ideally positioned base for those liking to explore nearby islands.
Crystal clear warm water with a small pebble beach, just 50 metres from the house.
There are 2 restaurants only 500 metres from the house and a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk.
Orebic town and harbour (2km away) has a long sandy beach, an hourly car ferry to Korcula Island and from there to mainland cities. Restaurants,supermarkets, cafes, post, pharmacy, bakeries and bank.
Korcula Island (15 minute ferry ride), said to be the birth place of Marco Polo, has wonderful seafood restaurants perched around the city wall, with sensational vistas, shops, museums, carnivals, music festivals.
Hotels (1km away) with outdoor pools, gyms and tennis courts are open to the public.
Ston (1hr drive) is a 13th century waterside settlement with salt beds, oyster farms and acclaimed seafood restaurants.
Island hopping.
Viganj (2km away) is a waterside centre offering all watersport equipment hire - the winsurfing championships are held in late July. Cafe bars and restaurants,diving tuition and trips
Kuciste (1km away) is a picturesque waterside village, 'virtually untouched by time' with ancient royal villas, sea captains stone houses and fishing boats.
Catermeran trip to Hvar Island (arrive in 1 hour, spend 4 hours and return) or Split (full day return scheduled trip with shopping etc)

How to get there
Mainland Europe to Croatia is a fantastic trip by car or by coach British airways Gatwick-Dubrovnik Thompsons, from Manchester -Dubrovnik or Luton-Dubrovnik From Durham tees valley-Split Bristol-Split/Dubrovnik Easy jet introduces new flights
All the major car hire companies operate from Dubrovnik and Split airports ie sixt, eurocar, hertz.
For those not wishing to hire a car transfers from and return to airport can be arranged on request.
There is also a bus that leaves daily at 2pm from Dubrovnik.
