"Just what we were looking for!"
A small cosy chalet in a traditional village yet very handy for the slopes with the navette on the doorstep. This was exactly what we had in mind when we were looking for a base to spend Christmas with the family and dog. The three en suite bedrooms were ideal, being of high standard and with plenty of hot water. It's the sort of place we would return to.

"A perfect ski base in a lovely French village"
I have yet to find anyone who is disappointed with Les Arcs ski region and the Chalet Hirondelle provided a perfect base for our daily exploration of these mountains. I believe that it is a small barn conversion. Beautifully done and the three en-suites ideal for our 3 couple party. Piesey Nancroux is a beautiful little French village with shops and restaurant but in truth, apart from a night at the nearby (Times Recommended) L'Ancollie restaurant, we were happy to eat in. Although the chalet had smart TV and a large flat screen TV, we, after using the wi-fi to check our email, would sit and chat in the lounge and dig our beers from the snow mound outside the chalet door. The free ski bus travelled past at 15 minute intervals. taking only 10 minutes to get to the slopes. It also travelled up the valley to a Nordic ski area if you fancied a different experience or, as we did, just have a look.
Thank you for pointing out the ease of connection to the lift system and the cross country ski area

Will be using again.
Thank you for highlighting the quality bathrooms that are rare in French chalets and the wifi etc

"A perfect base for a Ski holiday."
This is my third stay in The Chalet Hirondelle and if that doesn't say something I don't know what will. A super little chalet in the village of Nancroix on the edge of the Les Arcs ski region. The Chalet is well equipped and beautifully appointed add to that it has 3 en-suite bedrooms, it is an extremely comfortable base for a fantastic ski region.
We also love the chalet as much as the fantastic ski region one of the best in the world
