About the home

This is an ideal holiday base whether you want to explore the South of France or stay put in one location. The village is a five minute walk away where there are restaurants, bars, bakery, market and large supermarket so everything you would want is just a short walk away.
Cannes is amazingly about a 15 minute drive so easy to visit the beaches and town on a daily basis if you want to. Mandelieu with its beaches and hypermarkets is equally close. Grasse is also just 20 minutes away and is the home of perfume. You could visit a different town or beach every day if you wanted to - there is so much to see and do from Monaco to Antibes and the Gorges Du Verdon.

The sofa bed in the lounge area transforms from the dining/lounge area. As most eating and relaxing is done outside in the summer it would be quite possible to keep the bed in the lounge down permanently and eat and relax on the decking. There are two parasols so the decking can be shaded from the hot sun. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided but the mobile home is equipped with pillows and blankets. There is a laundry room on site and a toilet and shower block.

Decking and patio furniture. There is a grassy area in front of the decking which you can use for parking or leisure.
There is a games room, and a bar and restaurant/pizzeria with the site pools across a small lane about 4 mins walk from the mobile home.

We require a 20% deposit to confirm a booking and full payment within 4 weeks of arrival. We require a returnable security deposit of £100 per booking. The caravan must be left clean as found and all equipment in good order.
Arrivals must check in at reception. Full support and on-site help and information is available from the site management.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Ideally located on the French Riviera which boasts some of France’s most inspiring scenery and one of the areas with the most sunshine in Europe.

Within a short drive you can visit Cannes, with its world famous film festival, Grasse, home of the French perfume industry, and a little further away you can visit Antibes, St Tropez, Monte-Carlo, home to the worlds most famous Casino. You could even visit Italy!

The Cote d'Azur offers many different activities including, sunny beaches and swimming in the Mediterranean, wind-surfing and diving on the coast. There are water parks, museums and lots of places to visit for the entertainment of children and adults.

Inland there are many mountains, lakes and villages to explore and enjoy stunning scenery and walks. Horse riding, golf courses, pedalos and canoeing are all available locally.

The Pegomas area

A lovely little town with everything you need and a very pretty river running through it. Central location to visit lots of beautiful towns in the area. Good public transport links to the whole of the coast so a car is not essential at all.

The campsite is located in a small village town called Pegomas.

From the A8 exit at junction 40, Mandelieu and follow signs to Pégomas. Just before Pégomas you will come to a river bridge, over the river Siagne. Turn left just before you cross the bridge and the campsite is 500 metres on your left hand side.

Reception is on the left as you drive through the main gates.enter the site.

If arriving by air at Nice airport and travelling by public transport you can take two routes.
1. Take the Cannes express from the airport to Cannes - journey time 40 mins, cost 43 euros for froup ticket for 4 people. Once in Cannes take bus 610 from near the Hotel de Ville, opposite the port. The 610 will take you to Pegomas.
2. The cheaper longer option is to take bus 500 to Grasse from Nice Airport. Tell the driver your destination is Pegomas and the entire journey should cost 1 euro per person. At Grasse you can use your ticket on bus 610 which will take you to Pegomas if you take the next available bus connection, same day. The last bus is usually around 7ish in the evening and if you miss this you may well be stuck in Grasse for the night.

Once at Pégomas get off the bus at Super U, follow signs to Mandelieu, past Super U supermarket on your left, just after the river bridge turn right, the campsite is on the left after 500 meters.
