About the home
Ben My Chree Holiday Cottage is centred on the promenade in the historic seaside city and fishing port of Peel in the Isle of Man, and offers spectacular panoramic views over the Irish Sea to the Scottish and Irish coastlines. Seals, gannets and basking sharks can be seen swimming and diving right outside the cottage, which is completely unique to Ben My Chree Holiday Cottage. The sound of the sea can be heard from the patio at the rear of the cottage, where there is a magical mural painted by a local artist, to reflect the view at the front.
Peel holiday cottage has a double bedroom and a twin room, with a modern family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs comprises a large living room with separate dining area and fully fitted kitchen opening onto a rear patio area. Ben My Chree has been lovingly renovated to provide home from home comfort for both the business and leisure traveller, and is easily accessible from the airport and ferry services.
The cottage is fully equipped with 42 inch plasma colour television. Bed linen and towels are provided for up to 4 guests (please bring your own beach towels). A washer is provided. There is gas central heating with a combi boiler for instant hot water. Sorry, pets are not allowed and by law the cottage is non-smoking.

We have stayed here for the last two years, having previously stayed in several cottages in the area, this is easily the best,. Perfect position facing the beach and close to the town, the cottage is beautifully furnished and Jenni and Bob who live next door are very friendly and helpful. We have wonderful memories of going to sleep to the sound of the waves and drawing back the curtains in the morning to look out over the bay from our bed. We have already booked for next year. Response: Thank you very much for this - It's good to be 'simply the best!' - and we, along with the seals, basking sharks, and gannets across from the cottage, and are looking forward to you both staying again next year. |
