4 star, Spacious 3 bedroomed house newly furnished in a contemporary modern style, secluded walled garden yet close to all shops, bars & restaurants! Two large double bedrooms with large built in mirrored wardrobes, bedside units & chests of drawers, one room with kingsize bed the other bedroom has 2 singles that link up to a super kingsize, the third bedroom's a single with under bed storage & bedside chest.
There's a large leather corner sofa in the bay windowed sitting room. A galley kitchen with range cooker & dining area with highback leather chairs. A down stairs toilet by the back door.

Superbly situated spacious property, ideal for mountain biking, salmon fishing, 18 hole golf course, Peebles is perfect for everyone, abundant with shops, bars, restaurants, attractions include Neidpath castle, Traquair house(3 miles), Eastgate theatre, hill walking, sports centre bowling green.

Peebles is a market town in the Scottish borders, 20 miles south of Edinburgh, situated by the river tweed, Peebles is renowned for it's independent local shops & craft centre.

The east gate theatre (showing plays, films & exhibitions) excellent for salmon fishing, hill walking, mountain biking!

“Perfect Location” We stayed at Peebles for 3 nights, its in a lovely Scottish village and walking distance to so many things. We enjoyed lovely walks and and the close proximity to all the shops. There were 5 of us that stayed and we found it perfectly adequate for our purposes. The cottage is not huge but we did not need huge and your not paying for huge. We would Deffinately stay here again and I would reccommend it to anyone on a budget like we were.

“absolutely brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” we've stayed in peebles every year for the past 6 years when mountain biking at innerleithen & glentress. on this occasion we decided to go self catering.....i wish we'd done it 6 years previous! the house was perfect in every way. quiet location. ample parking. bike washing facilities. lock up shed. close to pubs,shops,cafes etc.. sky tv. wifi. the house was clean with everything supplied all we needed to buy was food & drink. the list goes on.... it was the perfect place to stay & just made the holiday even better. if we return to peebles for our 7th year,i think i know where we'll be staying as i doubt there'll be anywhere better!!

“Couldn't be better!” We had a lovely stay at Monabri, the house had all the home comforts we would ask for including wifi which was brilliant! We stayed over New Year and the weather outside was snowy and wintry but the house was lovely and warm and snug. It located in the lovely town of Peebles which has everything you need within a short walk, inc. Tesco and some lovely restaurants and pubs!! Unfortunately we didn't get to play golf but we will definately be back again! Iris and Gary, the owners, are fantastic and very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble! The location is great for visiting Edinburgh and we did as well as heading to Stirling and other places. I think the house and its location is perfect all year round and I would, without doubt, recommend it to anyone!

“Fabulous !! If you stay here you will not be dissapointed” We stayed here for 3 weeks in June/July. The house is in a great location in Peebles with only a short walk to all amenities. The house was spotless with extras of everything. The beds were comfortable and the house was furnished with new modern furniture. It also had wi fi access and the tv has sky satelite. The owners stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this holiday let to anyone who wants to stay in this beautiful border town in Scotland!!!

“My favorite place to stay!” Clean and comfortable, and in a great location to explore Peebles and the surrounding countryside. We love Monabri and can't wait to stay again!
