"Beautiful cottage in great location"

This is a lovely recently modernised cottage close to the centre of Peebles. Has all the mod cons plus some extras including an Xbox and plenty of videos for the rainy day or night. The welcome package was fantastic with lovely local produce. Would definitely go back.

"Lovely Cottage"

Great location only 5 minutes walk to the town centre and to the supermarkets. House has recently been renovated and it has a lovely welcoming feel. The basket of treats on arrival is also a very nice touch. We were spending the week mountain biking the local trail centres and it was therefore important to have a property with a locked shed where we could store the bikes.

"Excellent Cottage and very warm welcome"

We stayed in Rosebud Cottage over the Easter weekend. The welcome form the hosts was very warm and included a small hamper of items including teas, coffee, wine and some dog treats (we had informed the hosts that we were bringing our labrador). There was also a folder with useful local information regarding sights and restaurants. Overall, the cottage was great, all rooms were of good size and finished to a high standard and included extras such as books, dvds, an xbox and an ipod with docking station. The local area is very nice with some great walks by the river. The golf course is within walking distance so we had a few rounds there and enjoyed the course thoroughly. Overall a great weekend an I would recommend Rosebud cottage highly.
