The house is a light an airy bungalow, decorated in pale cream and white, tiled, double glazed and air conditioned throughout. We provide a tailored service, therefore cots and high chairs are provided as required; seating arrangements are changed according to whether a couple or large family are staying at the guest house.
The internet runs at business speed levels.
The plumbing is a fully balanced system providing powerful showers and no change in pressure when other appliances are being used.
There is a dining table with seating for up to 8 people, 2 x 3 seater chairs and more comfortable seating if required.
There is a linen cupboard stacked with linen, towels, hair dryer and 2 boxes of games for outside play.
The DVD, CD player, board games and flat screen TV are all housed on a purpose built mahogany table.
Two occasional tables are also provided for the convenience of our guests.

The barbecue house is fully shaded and includes a marble work surface with wash facilities.
Two 5 metre pergolas provide ample shade close to the house, with enough seating for two large families. Further seating is dotted around the garden for more intimate gatherings.
The property is on a flat plot with few steps to bother those who have difficulty walking.
The pool has a walk in feature, for ease of access and safety. We provide numerous floats (enough to fill the pool) and a pump to blow them up without having a heart attack.
There is ample parking either in the shaded area under the grape vines or the 50 metre drive.
The gardens are a mixture of palms, olive, grape, orange and olive trees, with splashes of colour provided by bougainvillea and lantana, glorious evening aroma is provided by Lady of the Night plants, jasmine and orange blossoms.
The rent includes all light, heating and power including air conditioning and internet; weekly linen and towel change; garden and pool cleaning. we ask that gusets provide their own beach towels.
The Valenciana region
Pedreguer is situated on the Costa Blanca in the South East zone of Spain. Pedreguer is situated north of Alicante and Benidorm. By car its 10 minutes to Denia beaches, 15 minutes to Javea Arenal beach, port and the beautiful Jalon valley, 25 minutes to the adventure, marine and safari parks close to Benidorm.
The village is also known for the production of leather goods,hats and bags. Pedreguer is situated 83 kilometers to the north of Alicante. The population of Pedreguer is around 7000 people. The church of Santa Cruz ) in Pedreguer is a wonderful building and worthy viewing.
Fiestas in Pedreguer
Weekend closest to 17th January sees the San Antonio fiesta with a romeria finishing at the Ermita Sant Blais and the blessing of animals.
3rd February is the fiesta of Sant Blai. A procession finishes at the church. The local 'Porrat' is top of the menu.
February 20th is the annual carnival week which includes the burial and burning of the sardine.
17,18, 19th March Las Fallas originally celebrated in Valencia is a loud, smoky, high-spirited fiesta where the whole town joins in, is now celebrated in Denia with equal gusto.
15th July is the fiesta of Sant Bonaventura. The 10 day fiesta is one of the largest in the town and celebrates the Moors and Christians.
8th December and Pedreguer celebrates all week.
Shopping and markets in Pedreguer
The rastro market and car boot sale is held every Sunday and is of huge proportions. It's held on the industrial estate and comprises of hundreds of stalls. Some are car boot type stalls and some are market stalls. There's fresh fruit and veg available on the first few stalls and there are a couple of cafes in the first square. Parking is ample around the estate. If you drive onto the estate, expect to pay 1€ for parking. Park just on the outskirts and it's free. There are a few full-time secondhand dealers on the estate too. These are huge warehouses that are also open on the market days. The industrial estate has a wide range of businesses and it is still growing.
Within a 5 minute drive along the N332 you will find the modern shopping centre 'La Marina' which has a wide range of shops, a cinema and a bowling alley. Parking is free.

"A Real Treat!"

Cannot recommend this villas enough. House had everything but the highlight is the outside area which is amazing. We have been in lots of villa but never spent so much time just lazing round a pool. There was a lovely breeze which made it even more enjoyable. Had lots of fresh orange juice from the orange trees all around the garden.
Had a couple of BBQ's and even had a curry take away one evening after a lovely day trip to Valencia.
Views across open countryside and no neighbours was a high point too.
Loved Denia and Javea and so many lovely restaurants.
Thanks Clive and Dee and believe me we will be back.

"Retreat Rejoice Relax, Just as it said !!"
Advertised as a Retreat to relax and rejoice and it did not disappoint. The pictures do not do it justice and the location was perfect for those wanting peace and tranquility without being too far from the local attractions. Javea was 15 minutes away and Denia only 10. Els Poblets and Deveses beaches are highly recommended, for long stretches of quiet golden peace in the sun with the warm med lapping against your toes.
All the bedrooms have ample storage space and excellent matresses. The air conditioning was a boon on the nights when it reached 22c. The rooms were clean and all had crisp clean linen with ample pillow's and duvets which were definetely not neccessary.
The kitchen had every appliance you could need to cook a meal for all your guests including a large fridge, microwave, cooker and hotplate. By far our favorite was the Orange juicer where you could pick oranges from one of the many trees in the garden and start the day with freshly squeezed.orange juice. It also worked a treat with our evening Gin or for those who enjoy their G&T a freshly picked lemon for that perfect zesty slice, which were in abundance in the garden.
The large gardens give everyone their own little personal space with 2 superb gazebos to eat al fresco in the evening. There is also a brick built BBQ area with attached kitchen.
The gardens are well stocked with many Orange treees, a lemon tree and various other plants and shrubbery.
The Pool was the highlight of the villa, Large with a shallow paved area ideal for children. It was spotlessly clean and chrystal clear. The pool has lighting for that evening dip to cool down after a hard days sunbathing. During our stay in early May the pool temperature averaged 26c during the day which was just sheer bliss.
The closest village of La Xara is charming with a well stocked Mas y Mas supermarket for all your essentials, also you will find several tapas restaurants serving local specialities at great prices and quality. You will also find banks (inc ATM), bakery and a pharmacy.
The owner Clive was easily contactable for any issues that require attention but remained respectful of guests privacy.
We will be retreating here again hopefully very very soon.
