Located on the beautiful Paynes Bay beach, South of the world famous Sandy Lane Hotel, Seashells is a spacious three bedroom (all en-suite) 3½-bathroom townhouse with maid/cook, plunge pool with private patio, and new front terrace and sunset deck area.

Being the end townhouse Seashells location means that property benefits from additional light, constant breeze and privacy.

Seashells is almost unique in that ALL 3 bedrooms have private terraces with spectacular views of the blue Caribbean Sea to the South, to the famous Cliff Restaurant and beyond. All other rooms have ocean views including kitchen, dining room and lounge areas. Many other rental properties on the West coast only offer sea views from one or two rooms with some bedrooms having views onto the busy main road.

Walk down a few steps from the gardens and you can immediately swim and snorkel in the warm sea, turtles often visit in the morning and late afternoons.

Fresh fish can be purchased daily from the local market.

The famous West Coast beach stretches for miles from the property offering perfect conditions for those who enjoy an early morning walk or romantic sunset stroll.

Seashells has been tastefully furnished to a standard well above the average letting property as the owners spend many months on the Island. It is only a five-minute walk to the Cliff and Daphne’s restaurants regarded by many, as the two best on the Island and most other West Coast restaurants are only a 5-10 minutes taxi drive away.
