Luxurious 3 bed villa all with en suite, set in its own landscaped grounds with electric gated entrance. Large private pool and jacuzzi, bar area with television and music system.

Covered parking for two vehicles with extensive lawned area. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside 6 seater table and chairs and lounge area overlooking the pool. Pool cleaned professionally twice weekly.

Bedrooms all include large wardrobes, dressing tables and have en-suite shower rooms. Master suite includes en-suite shower, bath and a safe.
All rooms fully air conditioned.
Living room includes 42" television for DVD use only with surround sound, leather 3 piece suit and glass coffee table.
Kitchen includes gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge/freezer with door leading to outside dining and seating areas. Utility room to include washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Bar area over looking pool with DVD player with surround sound, bar stools at bar, lounge chairs, settee, table and two full size bar refridgerators.
