About the home
Beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow with entrance directly onto the beach through Grand Condo's own private beach entrance. Grand Condo, one of the most prestigious complexes in Jomtien has a communal swimming pool and children's pool. The bungalow,set in landscaped tropical garden has its own private pool. Grand Condo has its own private 24 hour entrance to beach accessed with your own key card. On leaving beach exit left and a few minute stroll along the beach takes you to many activities banana boat,, windsurfing, jet-skiing or exit right and a stroll along the beach takes you to Pattaya Park Waterworld In the evening exit left to Jomtiens restaurants , bars and night-life . The main entrance to the complex is opposite a 24 hour supermarket and a couple of minutes walk to some of Pattayas finest restaurants. The main entrance, has 24 hour security, and baht bus pass main gates 24 hours a day going to Pattaya's famous nightlife , shopping centres and of course Walking Street

The garden which has its own private swimming pool and deck with wooden lounger and mattress 4 lounger chairs and coffee table There is an outside poolside shower area The pool has ornamental elephant waterfall.There is a barbecue in the gardens Rather than build brick walls we planted loads and loads of trees and plants which give plenty of shade and enhance the tropical effect and give privacy.
Conditions
We require a deposit of 40% at the time of booking. 40% 6weeks before you check in and the less pay on arrival.
And we need a securities bond when you check in for house damage 10,000 baht or another currency. which will pay you back when you check out without damage.
Arrival after 1pm. Departure by 11am. If extra hours are required, please advise on booking as this will be subject to availability.

Pattaya Water Park
Stroll along the beach turn left to the heart of Jomtiens have many activities banana boat, ballooning, windsurfing, jet-skiing, restaurant, massage and nightlife and turn right form our gate beach entrance to Pattaya Park.
Big Buddha Hill
Also known as Pattaya Big buddha Hill is just 3 minute baht bus taxi take you there form Grand condotel.
International Walking Street-Pattaya
International and Thai restaurants, humble street stalls, nightclubs, discotheques, Thai body and foot massage. Enjoy all of that just hop to baht bus form Grand condotel about 3-5 minute.
Water Sport
Turn left from our gate beach entrance stroll a long the beach about couple minute get to windsurfing, Jet ski,banana boat, Parachute etc....
Underwater World
Underwater World Pattaya is located in South Pattaya and is the largest and most modern ocean aquarium in Asia with a 100-metre-long acrylic pedestrian tunnel. This attraction features exotic marine life displays, providing every visitor the unique experience of seeing the creatures of the deep through crystal clear water.
Tennis
Tennis courts are available in Grand condotel.
Ko Lan
Lying some 7.5 kilometers off Pattaya Thailand, Ko lan is a 45 minute ferry ride or some 10 minutes by speed boat. The Island measuring some 2 kilometers by 5 kilometers offers several white sandy beaches with it's off shore coral reefs which can be viewed from the glass bottomed boats or snorkeling, jet skiing facilities are also available.
The Million Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm
A very popular botanical garden with many rare plants and beautiful landscapes. Must-see fossilized plants over a million years old, 200 year old bonsai, dwarf horses, crocodile pools, rare animals. Crocodile shows are big tourist attraction and are performed daily.
Pattaya nightlife
Thailand is world famous for its nightlife, and Pattaya nightlife is among the best there is - be sure to check out Tiffany's cabaret!
Pattaya Thailand
Pattaya has a 6 kilometer curved shaped beach with refreshing tropical greenery, the northern area is more tranquil and one of the local tourist attractions. Swimming, relaxation and many water sports are available, the central and southern areas are packed with restaurants, bars, department stores, gift shops, night clubs and amusement centres.
The Pattaya / Jomtien Beach area
The Grand Condo on which the bungalow is situated, is on the Jomtien beach. Walk out of the beach entrance directly on to the Jomtien beach. Although water sports are not allowed on the beach directly outside our complex, a few minutes walk to the left hand and there are paragliding, banana-boat, windsurf, water ski,sailing, ballooning, and speedboats. So you can choose what type of holiday you want. Pattaya Park water world is a short stroll down the beach on the right hand side.If you need to sight seeing for 1 or 2 days. Car rent service just oposite our gate. The price for the car 4 seet start from 1,200 baht a day.

Joy I have to tell you that your bungalow that we used was excellent, the location is great, the standard of the bungalow is excellent as well as the service from the maids who cleaned the inside and outside the house regular, changed the bed linen and clean towels were also given regularly. The pictures that you show of the bungalow and private pool is exactly as it is and we were more than delighted when we arrived and seen the bungalow and pool. We have rented villas/bungalows on 5 previous occasions in Thailand and your bungalow and service given is the best that we have had. I would definitely recommend for anyone to rent your bungalows and when we return to Thailand in the future I hope that your bungalows will be available as it will be our first choice of accommodation. Once again Joy many thanks for your help and for the use of your bungalow. |

This villa is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Grand Condotel is a quiet neighborhood, so you won't have to deal with the busy Pattaya streets. If you prefer the nightlife, Walking St is only 10 mins away by Baht bus or tuk tuk (both of which are available 24 hr/day, right outside the gate). The beach is about a 10 min walk away, and there is a 24 hr supermarket right across the street. The pictures are nice, but they really don't do the villa justice. It's well-maintained, and very nicely decorated. I traveled alone, but the villa has ample room for a large party (6 or more). The only thing I liked more than this gorgeous villa was it's gracious hosts, who made me feel welcome from the time I arrived until the time I departed. Whenever I needed assistance (whether it be directions or help with translation) they were only a phone call away. Today is my 1st day back at work, and I'm already looking at the calendar to see when I can go back. I would definitely recommend this villa!! |

I have been going to pattaya the last 6 years and the last 3 years i have stayed in this villa.Without doubt this is the best located villa in pattaya/jomtien.There is a 24hr supermarket 3 min walk away which has everything you need and 2 ATM machines also across the street are a massage place and 3 italian restaurants,The beach is a 5 minute walk from the villa and more shops and restaurants are there too.Apart from the nightlife of thailand its great to come back to a cosy villa with nice big bedrooms and nice open plan kitchen dining and sitting room with lovely cosy sofas.Also the maids are very pleasant and Joy is very helpful and a lovely person who will make you feel right at home.Everything is on your door step,the big thing is it right on the baht bus route which is so handy. |
