Grand Condotel, where these Orchid bungalows are situated is a very secure peaceful complex. The location is one of the best in Jomtien offering direct access to the Jomtien beach. In addition the front entrance is on the main Road between Jomtien and Pattaya which means all the baht taxis pass our entrance 24 hours a day. So you dont need a car and all the hassle of finding a parking space nor worrying about drink driving, for a few baht you can hop on a baht bus and in a few minutes be Pattaya central,nightlife Alternatively.
Grand Condotel has large communal swimming pool and 2 children'pools . The bungalow is set in landscaped tropical garden. Dive into the pool from lounge or bedroom and relax. Grand Condo has its own private 24 hour entrance to beach accessed with your own key card. On leaving beach, turn left for a minute stroll along the beach to the heart of Jomtiens have many activities banana boat, ballooning,windsurfing,jet-skiing,restaurant,massage, and nightlife Alternatively, you can exit to the right and a few minutes walk along the beach takes you to Pattaya Park water world. The main entrance to the complex is opposite a 24 hour supermarket and a couple of minutes walk to some of Pattayas finest restaurants. The main entrance, which has 24 hour security, also has 24 hour taxi bus service to Pattaya's famous shopping and nightlife.

Water Sport Turn left from our gate beach entrance stroll a long the beach about couple minute get to windsurfing, Jet ski,banana boat, Parachute etc....
Underwater World Underwater World Pattaya is located in South Pattaya and is the largest and most modern ocean aquarium in Asia with a 100-metre-long acrylic pedestrian tunnel. This attraction features exotic marine life displays, providing every visitor the unique experience of seeing the creatures of the deep through crystal clear water.

Ko Lan Lying some 7.5 kilometers off Pattaya Thailand, Ko lan is a 45 minute ferry ride or some 10 minutes by speed boat. The Island measuring some 2 kilometers by 5 kilometers offers several white sandy beaches with it's off shore coral reefs which can be viewed from the glass bottomed boats or snorkeling, jet skiing facilities are also available.
The Million Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm A very popular botanical garden with many rare plants and beautiful landscapes. Must-see fossilized plants over a million years old, 200 year old bonsai, dwarf horses, crocodile pools, rare animals. Crocodile shows are big tourist attraction and are performed daily.
Pattaya nightlife Thailand is world famous for its nightlife, and Pattaya nightlife is among the best there is - be sure to check out Tiffany's cabaret!
Pattaya Thailand Pattaya has a 6 kilometer curved shaped beach with refreshing tropical greenery, the northern area is more tranquil and one of the local tourist attractions. Swimming, relaxation and many water sports are available, the central and southern areas are packed with restaurants, bars, department stores, gift shops, night clubs and amusement centres.
Pattaya / Jomtien Beach area
The Grand Condo on which the bungalow is situated, is on the Jomtien beach. Walk out of the beach entrance directly on to the Jomtien beach. Although water sports are not allowed on the beach directly outside our complex, a few minutes walk to the left hand and there are paragliding, banana-boat, windsurf, water ski,sailing, ballooning, and speedboats. So you can choose what type of holiday you want. Pattaya Park water world is a short stroll down the beach on the right hand side.

Further details outdoors: The garden which has its own private swimming pool and jacuzzi has deck with wooden lounger and mattress 4 lounger chairs and coffee table There is an outside poolside shower area The pool has ornamental elephant waterfall.There is a Sala with lighting and fan which can seat up to six people to the side of the bungalow next to the ornamental fishpond and waterfall. There is a barbecue in the gardens Rather than build brick walls we planted loads and loads of trees and plants which give plenty of shade and enhance the tropical effect and give privacy.
Conditions
We require a deposit of 20% at the time of booking. 40% 6weeks before you check in and the less pay on arrival.
And we need a securities bond when you check in for house damage 10,000 baht or another currency. which will pay you back when you check out without damage. Arrival after 1pm. Departure by 11am. If extra hours are required, please advise on booking as this will be subject to availability.

Two fabulous weeks at Pattay/Jomtien was a success for my mate and I mailnly because of our wonderful accommodation at the villa through Joy and Reg If (more likely when) we return to Pattaya we will certainly stay here again and we also look forward to seeing Joy and Reg again Colin, Jason Scotland.
Hello Joy ,we would like to say thank you for making our stay in November so enjoyable at your lovely villa , we have stayed in many villas and visit Pattaya every year sometimes twice annuall we would like you to add our personal review of your accommodation for anyone thinking of staying in the future We found it clean safe and quiet, the villa is set back from the main road and traffic noise is not an issue,the access to the beach if required, is a very pleasant, tranquil walk taking just a few minutes.
You can walk directly onto the beach from the secure complex or stroll as we did each evening along the beach access road or walkway, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
(noting through the day the beach road has no vehicle admittance so strolling thru the day presents no problems either) We found the complex friendly with many Thai and European owners who greeted us warmly at all times,we often stopped for a chat with locals as we strolled.
If you would rather spend your day lazing around the pool area its nicely set up with a ver comfortable undercover alfresco area with overhead fans for those who like a bit of shade
The villa access road is adequately screened from the pool area using quite dense shrubbery and palms,adding a tranquil outlook
The pool is a good size ornament-ally appealing and deep enough to cool parts, some of the pools here in Pattaya seem to miss.
(the good news is that there is a 24hour supermarket just 5 minutes walk away to stock your fridge or food cupboards, its reasonably priced with many western foods and wines beers available)
There's an ATM also outside the store,adding to this the main baht bus route is right outside the main gate making access to the nightlife a breeze or a day trip shopping ,its all very, very convenient.late night return journeys are standard prices
The house ventilates very well as usually daily a gentle cooling breeze is whisping its way through the complex, this is very welcome.
All of this left us with no doubts to return again ,dealing with the owners joy and reg was a total delight warm friendly and honest,their staff are helpfull and happy and also well worth a recommendation overall we rate the accommodation and operators 5 Star we have now booked to return in March / April and will write a further review soon kindest regards Greg and Lisa
