About the home

As you pass through the automatic gates, you're greeted by a sumptuous private pool set in landscaped gardens perfect for soaking up the tropical sun. An exterior lounge with plenty of fans might make you think you'll never need to go inside.

As you go through the patio doors, you'll discover the spacious lounge with inviting leather sofas around a full home entertainment system (with Cable TV, DVD and Cinema Surround Sound). A luxurious kitchen with granite work surfaces means that cooking up the local recipes for yourself is a reality (or let us organise a cook for you). Upstairs are four double bedrooms, three with private bathrooms and all with air conditioning and ceiling fans to assure you of a fantastic night's sleep.

Pattaya itself is around 15 minutes in a taxi and provides an unbelievable holiday destination both for singles, couples and families with children. Whatever you fancy doing from bungee jumping to deep sea fishing is available - the only thing you won't find is skiing!!

The interior is furnished to a high European standard with polished marble floors, ceiling fans and luxurious soft furnishings to ensure you've a real home away from home. Moreover, having the privacy that is afforded by a luxury villa, you'll enjoy a far more personal experience than an anonymous hotel room.

The exterior has been carefully designed around the private pool to ensure you can make the best of the tropical climate. You'll find an outside lounge with sofas and armchairs, an outside dining area with table and chairs, sun loungers around the pool and of course the jacuzzi seat within the pool. A barbecue is provided so you can enjoy great al fresco living during your unforgettable holiday in Pattaya.

Further details

Thailand is a year round holiday destination and you can expect to be able to enjoy all the facilities of the house and exterior throughout the year. You'll be looked after by Su whilst there with access to a French speaker (myself) over the phone whenever required. The house, garden and pool are totally private.

Conditions

10% of rental due on reservation, 40% 6 weeks prior to departure and the balance on arrival in local currency. A 5000 baht insurance excess is required for the car which will be refunded on departure providing the car has not been damaged whilst in your care.

Pattaya boasts legendary night life, shopping, attractions, activities such as Horse Riding or even Elephant Riding. For the more active, enjoy the various sporting activities such as Golf, Water Sports or Scuba Diving. For those who desire to discover Thailand’s culture, there are many local temples which are truly exquisite.

Don't limit your holiday to the local beaches - consider leaving the immediate Jomtien/Pattaya area and experience many of the day and overnight trips that will make your holiday truly memorable. Don't forget, you've always got the car provided and can visit the local area including some nearby National Parks.

Taxis, mini buses and limousines are plentiful and cheap.

For your total peace of mind we can also arrange a pick up from the Airport or downtown Bangkok.

“You will struggle to find better than this!” We (6 adults and 3 small children) stayed at Bai Chabaa Villa No 2 at the end of October/beginning November 2012. The villa is set in a private 'estate' and is stunning! The décor/furnishings/facilities are immaculately presented and are far more than one could reasonably expect whilst on holiday. The Wifi is a great addition to an already exceptional villa and the inclusion of a car certainly made our holiday a lot more enjoyable. So the only thing that could make this villa even more perfect is if it was to have a pool..AND IT DOES!! And what a pool – big enough to swim in, shallow area for the children and a jacuzzi area as well. You would be hard pushed to find a better place to stay in/around Pattaya. So then just to top off this already fantastic holiday villa, they supply you with a local English speaking host who can help you out with absolutely anything! Most certainly recommended.
