1.The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.

Hello, If you are thinking of staying at this property or doing any searching just go ahead and save your time because Thailand Holiday Homes are the nicest and most fairly priced by far! I did my research prior to coming and spent way to much time getting price quotes from other villas in the area (I am always trying to get the best deal, that’s just how I am) including some hotels. The bottom line is this property was BY FAR the best deal. Its clean, the service is excellent and they make you feel like you are at home plus its close to all the action but far enough away to get away from all the city life if you want! I am going to make this short and sweet. WE HAD A BLAST! We are already planning our next trip to come back! Cant wait!

We had a wonderful time and the house was fantastic. Just back on the website to book for October! Our children loved the pool and from our booking until the end of our holiday in one word perfect. New car, friendly hostess and maids, garden and pool well maintained. Great Service!!!

"1st time in a villa"

we stayed for 3 weeks in villa 138/107 what a fantastic place beautiful villa fantastic swimming pool and easy access to both jomtien and pattaya shops within 5 min walk and any problems fixed immediately we reported the aircon not working on a sunday and within 25 mins an eng was there at the villa fantastic service.the villa itself is huge 2 massive bedrooms and 2 normal size all with en suite a kitchen with everything you need to cook and on arrival the fridge was stocked with food for breakfast for 6 people milk eggs butter loaf etc excellent stuff. we would like to thank paul for an excellent service during our 3 week stay

"a perfect holiday"

This holiday home is an ideal place for both young and old! firstly its very safe for kids with a separate pool area and is all fenced in so they can't wander off and its perfect again for young couples asits very private and close to everything! its only about 5 - 10 mis taxi ride into pattaya ( depending on the taxi driver). its has wonderful restaurants nightlife and street markets ( which is great for picking up bags, pashminas mac make up t shirts etc) . but you don't need to go that far, jomtien is right beside the villa and it again as great restaurants ( a bit more quieter than pattaya)

the decor in the villa is second to none, the maids come every day or second day and they are lovely girls. its fully kitted out the home, so its just a home away from home. paul and nom are perfect hosts ! they are there when you need them ! and can't do half enpugh for you! i would highly recommend this place to anyone going out here! it comes with a jeep but we gave that a miss opting for the local taxi drivers but if your brave enough to drive out there its great assett!

i can't say enough about this property and hopefully we'll be back again in the near future

"October 2009 short trip to Jomtien"

As always we were highly satisfied with the accommodation and service provided by Paul and his team, this is our third visit to Jomtien staying with this company and there will be others next year.

My two young sons (2&3 years) and there nannies thoroughly enjoyed the excellent pool facilities at this villa, I would recommend this property to any families planning to visit Thailand.
