Baan-Kinaree (Home of the Angels) provides ultimate luxury in this five bedroom holiday villa with free use of car and private children's and main swimming pool, it’s five spacious bedrooms with on-suite facilities, TV and DVD player makes for that quiet hide away for absolute peace and relaxation.
Over 70 square meters of living area fitted out to the highest of standards guarantees your comfort. 49” HD LCD TV, DVD player with Theatre Surround Sound system adds the fine touch as you relax with your favourite book on the sumptuous leather sofas.
Outside areas are softly lit by night surrounded by high walled gardens and secured by electronic remote controlled gates. A large adult overflow pool of some 55 square meters adjoined by a children’s pool makes this Villa your – ‘Paradise in Pattaya’. There is ample exterior seating with a ten seat hardwood table, BBQ and 6 large sun-beds with vast umbrellas to escape from the sun. (If you want to?)
All our luxury homes are recently built and furnished in a blend of European style with traditional Thai craftsmanship. Many of the furnishings have been hand made in Teak from the North of Thailand and the properties feature décor to suit the most demanding of tastes. The property is large and spacious, the doors in the master bedroom are suitable for wheelchairs but with regret we have no ramp for this property.

Viewpoint, Jomtien Beach near Pattaya, Thailand
Is 1kms from Jomtien's Beach and a further 5 kms to Pattaya ( 10 minute drive or taxi ride) has a 6 kilometer curved shaped beach with refreshing tropical greenery, the northern area is more tranquil and one of the local tourist attractions. Swimming, relaxation and many water sports are available, the central and southern areas are packed with restaurants, bars, department stores, gift shops, night clubs and amusement centres.
Pattaya Water Park
Just 6 kilometers from Viewpoint Village a ten minute drive along the Jomtien Beach road heading up Pattaya Hill turning left before the traffic lights takes you to the children’s and adults play ground of Pattaya Water Park which is well signposted.
Big Buddha Hill
Also known as Pattaya Hill is just an eight to ten minute’s drive from Viewpoint, subject only to the erratic behavior and density of the traffic along the beach road.
International Walking Street-Pattaya
International and Thai restaurants, humble street stalls, nightclubs, discotheques, beer and go-go bars are plentiful. Thai body and foot massage is a relaxing option to the hectic lifestyle from around 250 baht an hour it's not to be missed.
Amara Windsurfing
Located in Jomtien Beach Pattaya, Amara Windsurfing is a friendly full service windsurfing club, school and shop.

Sightseeing of Chanthaburi
Famous for its abundance of tropical fruits and a centre of gems, the eastern province of Chanthaburi is blessed with rich, verdant forests and scenic waterfalls. The Chanthaburi River flowing through the town has been the home of many ancient communities.
Underwater World
Underwater World Pattaya is located in South Pattaya and is the largest and most modern ocean aquarium in Asia with a 100-metre-long acrylic pedestrian tunnel. This attraction features exotic marine life displays, providing every visitor the unique experience of seeing the creatures of the deep through crystal clear water.

Pattaya Badminton Court on Soi 17 is open 24 hours daily.
Ko Lan
Lying some 7.5 kilometers off Pattaya Thailand, Ko lan is a 45 minute ferry ride or some 10 minutes by speed boat. The Island measuring some 2 kilometers by 5 kilometers offers several white sandy beaches with it's off shore coral reefs which can be viewed from the glass bottomed boats or snorkeling, jet skiing facilities are also available.
Khao Phra Bat (Khao Pattaya)
This small peak accessed by an asphalt road provides an amazing view over Pattaya City and the bay. This site has been developed and is currently the site of the Naval Sor Tor Radio station, there is also a monument to “Kromluangchumphon” known as the father to the Royal Thai Navy. A Buddha image is enshrined on the hilltop.
The Million Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm
A very popular botanical garden with many rare plants and beautiful landscapes. Must-see fossilized plants over a million years old, 200 year old bonsai, dwarf horses, crocodile pools, rare animals. Crocodile shows are big tourist attraction and are performed daily.
Suan Chaloemphrakiat
A small park dedicated to His Majesty the King's 60th birthday which contains a wide variety of flowering plants and is one of the favourite tourist attractions in amazing Thailand.
Pattaya nightlife
Thailand is world famous for its nightlife, and Pattaya nightlife is among the best there is - be sure to check out Tiffany's cabaret!
The Pattaya / Jomtien Beach area
Long before Pattaya became a famous destination – Jomtien Beach had already carved a niche of its own, at least among the local beachgoers who adored it for its pearly white sands and long straight beach.
Albeit a little late, there’s a renewed tourist interest in Jomtien from around the World. On an ordinary day, the resort looks like a busy carnival ground with colourful umbrellas dotting the whole stretch of the beach and sun worshippers in all kinds of swimwear-spicing up the scene. An interesting foreground to the huge palms, flood lit at night overhead with the Gulfs gentle breezes whispering in your ears.
Jomtien today
Jomtien was an old fishing village, a great favourite picnic destination among the Bangkok residents evidence of which can be seen on any Thai public holiday! Not so much of a water sport centre then, this distinction came much later. Today, Jomtien is a much more popular destination, the six-kilometers of largely straight beach, located just around the headland from Pattaya is popular with many water sports enthusiasts. It is also quieter and more relaxing than Pattaya Beach, shop’s, restaurants and the occasional bar are available along the road that runs parallel with the beach.
Thailand activities
Windsurfing is the beach’s most popular water sport particularly October through to June with ideal water and wind conditions. Other sports such as skydiving, kite boarding, parasailing, water-skiing, jet skies and banana boat rides are also available.
There is little in the way of shopping or beer bars compared to Pattaya at Jomtien, which is essentially a residential area, with beachside hotels, condominiums and private rental Villas and Bungalows. Jomtien is also the home to Pattaya Park, an entertainment complex with a water park, roller coaster, monorail and children’s activities. The 56-story Pattaya Park tower is a landmark that can be seen from virtually anywhere in the city.
Climate
Tropical and warm all year round, monsoon winds are sometimes accompanied by the rains. It can be very hot March to June, July to September ranging from 32 to 38 degrees, cooler and very comfortable from November through to February.

What can i say this villa is absoultley stunning best place i have ever stayed in the whole of my 28 years of travelling. If you have ever watched MTV Cribs then this villa should be on it! Put it this way if they had squaters rights over here i would not be moving anywere. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms which are all of a good size and fitted with plasma T.Vs living area is beautiful that is also fitted with large size plasma T.V and the furniture through out is also beautiful. Also has a good size pool. Where the villa is situated it is a nice and quite complex which is really nice and relaxing. The owner of the villa Paul is also a really nice gentleman and is very helpfull and will help you with anything. Overall I would rate this place 10/10 or I shoud say 100/10.

"A Holiday To Remenber"
Where to start?? The villa was amazing with plenty of space and the rooms were beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The pool was excellant with a smaller pool attached wich was ideal for Lewis (aged 3) who would have stayed in there all day if he could.
The location was just right with easy access to Jomtien Beach, Bars & Restaurants. The staff were excellent and very helpful especially Tanya.
We will remember this holiday for a long time and we would definitely recommend Baan - Kinaree.

"Very enjoyable - a must for larger groups!"
When we arrived we were hoping for something that lived up to the pictures shown on the website - we got more than that! The house is fantastic, and the swimming pool a wonderful bonus. The little hiccup that occurred during our stay was dealt with quickly and with a smile. Also having the car included made it easy to get around the area when needed. Thanks to Paul and all his team for making our holiday such a great time!

"exellence"
from the minute we made the booking with paul all personal requirments were tacken care of,picked up at airport food,beer,drinks in villa on arrival as asked for.
was met at villa even though it was 2am in the morning. then someone came around in the first morning to check all ok annd answer any questions.
the villa was top !! better than a five star hotel.
attention to detail was great, all rooms great and the kitchen better than a show kitchen totaly fully equipped with all.
pool area fantastic , cleaned every day and what a place to make a party.
paul was always there for any problems or advise and the driver service was second to none,was allways there when needed and would go shooping etc etc.we were 5 personnes and our driver had a lot of runs to do at different times,he never let us down.a luxary not to miss for a stress free holiday.
this is my 5th time at viewpoint with paul i recomend this villa its a bit more money but trust me i spend my money wisely.
allways have a great time there will be back in the next few months ,thanks thailandholidayhomes
