Pattaya has a 6 kilometer curved shaped beach with refreshing tropical greenery, the northern area is more tranquil and one of the local tourist attractions. Pattaya Water Park
Just 6 kilometers from Viewpoint Village a ten minute drive along the Jomtien Beach road heading up Pattaya Hill turning left before the traffic lights takes you to the children’s and adults play ground of Pattaya Water Park which is well signposted.
Big Buddha Hill
Also known as Pattaya Hill is just an eight to ten minute’s drive from Viewpoint, subject only to the erratic behavior and density of the traffic along the beach road.

Ko Lan

The Island measuring some 2 kilometers by 5 kilometers offers several white sandy beaches with it's off shore coral reefs which can be viewed from the glass bottomed boats or snorkeling, jet skiing facilities are also available.
Khao Phra Bat (Khao Pattaya)
This small peak accessed by an asphalt road provides an amazing view over Pattaya City and the bay. This site has been developed and is currently the site of the Naval Sor Tor Radio station, there is also a monument to “Kromluangchumphon” known as the father to the Royal Thai Navy. A Buddha image is enshrined on the hilltop.
The Million Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm
A very popular botanical garden with many rare plants and beautiful landscapes. Must-see fossilized plants over a million years old, 200 year old bonsai, dwarf horses, crocodile pools, rare animals. Crocodile shows are big tourist attraction and are performed daily.
Suan Chaloemphrakiat
A small park dedicated to His Majesty the King's 60th birthday which contains a wide variety of flowering plants and is one of the favourite tourist attractions in amazing Thailand.

Start off with being stranded in BKK Airport for an hour as the driver slept in! ! Good start. The car provided was great, although the clutch slips. The location is great for Jomtien and access to Pattaya as it is pretty close to Pattaya Tai. As you walk through the main gate the pool is directly in front of you. Although the pool was perfect for us (4 people) and the temperature perfect as it gets full sun all day, I can't imagine a house with a capacity for 10 people having a pool so small. The bbq on the patio is a 3 burner of decent size and was appreciated and well used. Best room in this house is the living room. Leather sofa's, 50" LED TV and a great selection of channels which kept my kids happy on lazy days! Kitchen is under stocked with utensils. No steak Knives, no grater, pots & pans limited and no dishwasher. Airconditioning for livingroom was good and 2 x fans also supplied. Upstairs, it is a different story. The bedrooms x 4 are like ovens unless you have the airconditioning on at least 2 hours prior to going to bed, but they are in the wrong locations and seem undersized. My daughter's aircon never worked and never fixed after informing the responsible people twice. Beds are very hard and are unsprung mattresses placed on solid plywood base making them uncomfortable. The bathrooms (for the size of the house) are so ridiculous that we had to laugh. One of the bathrooms are so small that you are virtually showering standing in the toilet bowl. Now shower curtains, etc making the whole bathroom soaking after use. Very basic designed house with very basic features. WIFI is very unreliable and I phoned many times for this. About every 3rd day it was not possible to get a connection. The people who manage the house are great and obliging, but in no way is in luxury living for the price. |

"absolutely fantastic"
Hi paul we had a great time at this villa it is beautiful well maintained and very modern.It is in a prime location with the beach about 10 mins walk away and about 10 mins drive to main centre and nightlife and the main pattaya beach.May i say the maids were great they were there every morning cleaning making the beds and tending to any laundry.Also the pool cleaner was great watering the plants everday and thoroughly cleaning the pool.May i say a special few words about ing,she was fantastic to us from sorting out all our day trips to giving us local knowledge of the area and giving us reliable and trustworthy taxi numbers.she even worked hard to get all our money back on a trip that we had to cancel.she really is a credit to you paul and with her and the rest of your wonderful staff you can,t go wrong.Give everyone a big hug and thanks for a great holiday,will we be back,try and stop us.see you soon.From all the lads from baan duan.
