The development is gated and secure, with 24 hour security. This four bedroom, five bathroom house can sleep 8 in comfort and is furnished to the very highest European standard, with designer features throughout and landscaped grounds, we have many other villas with private pools available please enquire.
Our bright and spacious Villas are just a two minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach and comes complete with daily maid service. Fully air conditioned plus fans, so whatever time of year you visit you can be assured of a comfortable stay. 10 minute taxi ride to central Pattaya's shopping, reataurants and amazing nightlife.

The lounge is furnished in a beautiful contemporary style and equipped with cable TV, a widescreen TV and DVD player with cinema surround sound. It opens into a dining area with a six seat dining suite and everything necessary for you and your guests to dine in style! There is also a large fitted kitchen and a bathroom at ground floor level.
On the first floor are four double bedrooms, all with fitted furniture and all with their own en-suite.
All floors in the house are mainly granito tiles and the property is air conditioned to keep you cool on the hottest days. No expense has been spared to make this a truly luxurious holiday experience!

The property is ideally situated to explore Thailand's fascinating history, and with the fabulous climate and some of the best entertainment in the world, you will never be bored!
Golf has been a major sport in Thailand since the 1920s when the first championship course was opened. There are now over 200 golf courses in the kingdom and 18 of the finest can be found in the Pattaya area and within easy reach of the property.
Although the courses are of Intenational standard, the prices reflect the low cost of everything in Pattaya. Weekday visitors' green-fees cost around 500 Baht, and another 200 Baht will get you a professional caddy to carry your clubs, provide refreshments and sheild you from the sun.
The Pattaya area
If you are more inclined to windsurfing, jet skiing or just swimming you will find lots of opportunities to indulge in your sport around the coast, and if you are a diver you will be staggered at the beauty and diversity of the marine life in the oceans within easy reach.
There are numerous zoos and parks suitable for all the family, and shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets can be found nearby.
And of course there is Thailand's legendary nightlife - no trip is complete without a visit!
If lounging on the beach all day is your idea of the perfect break, Jomtien beach is just a comfortable stroll away.

baan phailin was nice villa and pool with just right size for the 4 of us.I come to thailand about twice a year i seem to alway's stay at view point with thailand holiday home's.The service is great and the staff are alway's willin to help at any time no matter what the problem is hint hint thank's paul.If it's your first time with thailand holiday home's you'll come back again and again as you'll feel just at home as i do.thank's again for callin to see if i got home safe and on time nice one paul.See you guy's soon as you made me feel like part of the famliy.

"Viewpoint Village"
Having booked with Thailand Holiday Homes on previous occasions I knew that the service they would be offering would be second to none. The villa at Viewpoint Village 138/92 (Baan-Phailin) didn't disappoint either. It was total luxury and the service offered by Paul, Ing and the rest of the team could not be faulted whatsoever. This is now the 3rd time I have stayed at Viewpoint and it definitely will not be my last. The location at Viewpoint is perfect for both families or single groups. It has 24 hour onsite security which gives you total peace of mind.
The vibrant nightlife of Pattaya is only a 10 min taxi ride away and only a 10-15 minute walk to Jomtien Beach. Perfect in every way.
The villa was cleaned daily and the office is easily located within the complex should you have any problems (which I very much doubt).
I would definitely recommend both Thailand Holiday Homes and Viewpoint Village to anyone planning on visiting Pattaya or Jomtien.
I for one will soon be planning my return trip.
