This Villa is without a doubt our flagship just having completed a major re-modelling. private gardens with children's pool adjoining a larger adult pool with jacuzzi and waterfall feature curving around the front to the side of the Villa with access from both the front and side patio doors. Outside solid teak table with bench seating for breakfast, a large sundeck area with sunbeds. Outside lighting with purpose built BBQ for a sociable evening in.
Gardens fully enclosed and secure with 24 hour security, 100% secure for children.

15% deposit on reservation, 35% eight weeks prior to travel with the balance payable on arrival at the Villa.

Pattaya has a 6 kilometer curved shaped beach with refreshing tropical greenery, the northern area is more tranquil and one of the local tourist attractions. Pattaya Water Park
Just 6 kilometers from Viewpoint Village a ten minute drive along the Jomtien Beach road heading up Pattaya Hill turning left before the traffic lights takes you to the children’s and adults play ground of Pattaya Water Park which is well signposted.
Big Buddha Hill
Also known as Pattaya Hill is just an eight to ten minute’s drive from Viewpoint, subject only to the erratic behavior and density of the traffic along the beach road.
International Walking Street-Pattaya

Ko Lan

The Island measuring some 2 kilometers by 5 kilometers offers several white sandy beaches with it's off shore coral reefs which can be viewed from the glass bottomed boats or snorkeling, jet skiing facilities are also available.
Khao Phra Bat (Khao Pattaya)
This small peak accessed by an asphalt road provides an amazing view over Pattaya City and the bay. This site has been developed and is currently the site of the Naval Sor Tor Radio station, there is also a monument to “Kromluangchumphon” known as the father to the Royal Thai Navy. A Buddha image is enshrined on the hilltop.
The Million Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm
A very popular botanical garden with many rare plants and beautiful landscapes. Must-see fossilized plants over a million years old, 200 year old bonsai, dwarf horses, crocodile pools, rare animals. Crocodile shows are big tourist attraction and are performed daily.
Suan Chaloemphrakiat
A small park dedicated to His Majesty the King's 60th birthday which contains a wide variety of flowering plants and is one of the favourite tourist attractions in amazing Thailand.

"Fantastic Alternative to Hotels"
[GENERAL]
Baan-Nomella is a great place to stay with a group of friends and a fantastic alternative to staying at a hotel. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I set out below my personal review of the various aspects of staying at Baan-Nomella
[STATE OF VILLA & AMENITIES]
Generally, the villa is quite well maintained. There were however a couple of minor issues. During my stay, the front sliding door was slightly jammed and the side sliding door was displaced.
Everything else, including the kitchen facilities, living room entertainment facilities (TV, Stereo, Computer, etc), and bathroom facilities were in perfect working condition.
[LOCATION]
In my honest opinion, the location is average. The downside is that it is quite a distance to walk to the nearest main road and taxis are not as abundant in this area as in the city centre.
There are also no late night food outlets nearby if you are craving for a midnight snack. There are however a couple of 24 hour convenience stores on the main road.
The upside is that this area is quieter and less hectic and you enjoy greater privacy. The villa is in the midst of a residential area mixed with bungalows and terraced houses. Therefore, most of the people around the area are residents and surprising, many of them are foreigners (probably expatriates or permanent residents).
["CONCIERGE"]
There is a "concierge" service of sorts. During my stay, the general manager, Ing, attended to all our needs in relation to the villa and more. She is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the comfort of her customers. She is able to arrange for taxis to pick you up from your villa and drop you off at your destination. This saves you the trouble of walking to the main road and waiting for a taxi.
Ing is also able to arrange for various packages for visits to tourist attractions, golf, go-kart racing, ATV rides, etc.
[OVERALL]
For its price, I would say that overall Bann-Nomella is a great choice!

Could't fault anything and your staff especially Tanya was excellent and so helpful.
The use of the 4x4 was great shame about the nutters on the road thou!!!! My little boy has told everyone that its his new home with a pool!!

"A great way to start the new year!"
Our 2009/2010 Family holiday was one to remember. The Home itself was exactly as described and was centrally located to most things we wanted to do. Having the car was a great advantage for us as we were able to get around Pattaya and see all it has to offer. It truly was a home away from home!
We will be back to stay again and we have no hesitation recommending Thailand Holiday Homes to anyone who is looking to stay in Thailand! A big thank you to Thanya! We were so well looked after during our stay nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Paul, you have a great team behind you!

"Best way to stay in Thailand"
My husbands ship pulled in just north of Pattaya Beach for a few days and we wanted to spend the port visit with him. With a two-year-old it is difficult to stay in hotels because there is just not enough room for our little Jack to run around. We invited three other couples from the ship and rented the four-bedroom Baan Nomella. It was perfect. It was so nice to have our own pool that we could relax in at any time, a kitchen that we could cook to our hearts content (and not have to rely on finding a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and the included truck gave us freedom to see all of the sights in the area without having to wait for pick ups and drop offs. The staff was especially helpful with everything we needed and even helped our friends that were staying at local hotels with transportation from the airport. There is no better way to stay in Pattaya for comfort, price and convenience. 5 stars definitely!

"Baan Exceptional"
Stayed in Baan Nomella for 15 days with two families or six people. Excellent venue and service which met all our expectations. The villa catered for all ages providing two entertaining areas and internet facility. Regular staff (Tuk) was exceptional, spoke great English and was very professional and reliable with all aspects of her work. Having a vechile and being so close to the beach was also welcomed. Paul Hunt was very prompt with all our early requests re costs and arrival arrangements. We will be returning next year.
