LUXURY HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL FOR JUST 800€ PER WEEK (not available in Christmas holidays) located in VIEW POINT VILLAGE a gated community. 800 meters (0.5 miles) from Jomtien beach and 5 minutes from downtown Pattaya. Price include maid every 2 days, internet, water and 350 kw of electricity. No extra. Villa Rossini a 2 story, single gated house with italian standard: 4 rooms with king size beds, 5 bahtrooms (3 with Jacuzzi showers cabines), large living, full equipied kitchen (microwave, hoven, coffe machine etc.). Full airconditioning, 5 LCD big screen with cable TV, 5 DVD, FREE INTERNET WIFI hight speed (PC available), 2 safes, security doors, burglar alarm and CCTV security cameras. Golf, zoos and parks can be found nearby. The famous Pattaya nightlife is only 5 minutes from here.
A 12 places luxury minibus pick up you and your family in airport for only 2.200 thai baht.

“This property was perfect for our group of 8” We had rented this Villa for 2 months. It was in a perfect location for everything. The cleaning staff were exceptional and Joseph looked after any requirements we needed. We will probably go back in a couple of years. Danielle the owner stopped in for a visit and we had expressed how pleased we were. The neighbors in the community were very friendly and made us feel at home.

“Absolutly fantastic villa with all the amenities needed for a great holiday” We stayed at Villa Rossini for 2 months with 3 other couples and it greatly exceeded our expections! It was very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff and pool maintenance people came every second day to ensure the villa was kept in great shape. Mrs.Tum was there to greet us on our very late arrival to ensure we received the keys, and smiling, happy Joseph was an invaluable source of information and assistance, who quickly responded to any requests for tour bookings, recommendations for local restaurants or other points of interest. The location of the villa is within walking distance of bar's, restaurants, grocery stores and beach. It was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Daniele Rossini ,the owner.All e-mails were answered quickly and he was very accommodating when arrival date and times had to be changed due to airline schedule change.

Mrs Tum and Joseph were a pleasure to deal with and proved to be a great resource for transportation requests,sightseeing recommendations and great restaurant recommendations.
I would highly recommend your villa to anyone looking for 1st class,well maintained accommodation's.
