About the home

A recently built villa located in a small complex , Private pool in a large garden. 24 Hour gated security.

Will sleep up to 6 with the use of the sofa bed ( sleeps 2 ) in the lounge.

There will be a house keeper available to help you with all your requirements:Taxi , sightseeing , laundry service, help with translation if dealing with local traders and anything else. Your house keeper will be just on the other end of the telephone if needed ( Thai mobile phone provided )

A personal taxi service is available 24/7. This can work on a pay for the whole day or individual trip basis. If you wish to use the taxi driver as your own personal tour guide this can be arranged.

The Kitchen has an electric hob but has no oven.( When you see how cheap it is to eat out you will not need an oven )
Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and there is also air conditioning in the lounge/dinner

The house keeper will clean every day and clean bedding and towels will be provided.

The climate in Thailand is very much of a tropical one so it is aways very warm but can get very humid in its rainy season. The wet season runs from about June to October

Bangkok is always worth a visit and the Grand Palace is a must.

Pattaya has many places of interest - Sir Racha Tiger Zoo ( approx 30 min away ) , Nonooch Park which consists of a zoo combined with beautiful gardens is well worth a visit.

Suggest a must is to go to Pattaya elephant village where you will see a superb elephant show and you can have an hours treck on an elephant - A unique experience

There are many excursions available from many local travel agents - one of which is a trip to the bridge over the River Kwai.

They call Thailand the land of Smiles and when you get there you will see why !! The people are very friendly and the culture is so very interesting.

The Pattaya / East Pattaya area

Pattaya is a large city with large choice of good clean beaches .Plenty of good restaurants and bars and plenty of good shopping.

There is a choice of good clean beaches all within easy reach of the bungalow by car or taxi
East Pattaya is a quiter location away from the main tourist area but is only a short trip to get to the action of the city.
Taxis are very cheap and a trip from East Pattaya into the main areas or beach will cost about 100 - 150 baht (£1.50 - £2.00 )

Flight to Bangkok . Transfer to the bungalow can be arranged from a Bangkok hotel or the airport ( This service will be provided at a very reasonable rate ). Transfer time - airport to bungalow approx 1hr 50 min.

Reasonable price flights normally from Qatar Airways or Etihad. Some cheap flights also available from Emirates but sometimes a long change over at Dubi airport. ( most flights require one stop)
Expedia, Travelbag,Cheapflights and Airline Network are some cheap possibilities for flights.

Fairly cheap car hire is available for about £ 15 a day if you get once in Pattaya. ( An international driving permit is required to drive in Thailand . This can be obtained from the AA for about £15.

During your stay in Pattaya there will be your own personel taxi service available to you 24/7.
The price of this will work on either a by trip basis or whole day hire. Rates are very reasonable.
If you wish to use the Taxi driver as your own personal tour guide this can be arranged.


Taxi travel or Baht Bus travel around the Pattaya area is very cheap. If you use a Baht bus on it's set route this will only cost you about 10 or 20 Baht ( 15 pence )

“Good location, large clean Bangalow with swimming pool and air-condition” WOW!! Fantastic big Bangalow, very clean and quiet. Easy to get to centre for shopping. “Excellent villa would stay again” Villa was really nice everything we needed not too far from the main drag, Jay was good but could have been more helpful when we asked for assistance to hire bike he never came back to us so we had to try and make other arrangements found a local shop owner very willing to help and took me to a rental shop on his bike. The villa itself was good after my wife cleaned the mouse/rat droppings in the lounge along the wall edge, there were no other problems with the villa at all. We would recommend renting the villa again no problem. One small problem we had in Pattaya on the main road while driving the bike was an attempted gold chain snatch this is just a bit of advice for future visitors to Pattaya and this is the first time we have encountered any problems in Thailand in 11years of visiting. Response: Sorry to hear about the droppings found, these are produced by chit chats (small Lizzard) that inhabit all properties. I have spoken to the Manager who will ensure these are cleaned up in the future. Sorry Jay did not get back to you about the Motorbike rental. I think he may have mis understood about the bike. I can only suggest to any customer they are welcolme to speak to myself on the mobile phone provided if there is any problem. I am always happy to help anytime. I am always looking to ensure every customer is totally satisfied with their stay so thank you for your feedback.

“OUTSTANDING” this place is nice outstanding with wireless internet, which was a big help since i have i pad stereo system was good for home entertainment.recommend you get transportation as this will be a big help if you decide to run around and dont have to wait for a taxi,plenty of store 7 eleven there two that close /mini tesco, big c, foodland, not far a way 10 min.google lilyogi627 and you will see my video on u tube when to get an idea of the outside pool. highly reccomended you cannot beat this price for and affordable getaway.i already book my next trip for 2012.would like to see a flat screen tv with hdmi hook up if possible,but i had rca cable to hook up my .other then that excellent.kitchen superb for cooking everything, can order kfc and deliver if you want the delivery for kfc please diall 1150, about 30baht delivery charge plus tip.1117 for mc donald delivery. Response: I will aim to get an LCD TV in the future. I am happy you enjoyed your stay.

Upon booking a deposit of £50 per week will be requested upfront. The balance can either be paid 2 weeks prior to your holiday dates or can be paid in British Pound on arrival.

Please note that due to abuse of the Air conditioning I now have to charge for this service.

The air conditioning is on a separate meter and will be charged at 3 Baht per unit.

The average cost for this will be 500 - 700 Baht per week depending on use.

A deposit of 2000 THB will be taken on arrival and any cost of aircon will be taken from this at the end of you stay and the remainder returned.

In some cases (especially large same sex groups) I may ask for an additional breakages deposit of £50

Payment options can be discussed at the time of booking.

I can arrange Airport transfer. There is a fee for this service. Just ask for the latest price when booking.

Transfer time from Bangkok Airport is approx 1hr 50min.

If you need to be collected from a hotel in Bangkok this can also be arranged for you.
