What makes the Na Jomtien resort so popular is that you can relax in your own private residence whilst en joy top-notch resort facilities that simplify your holiday needs. Constructed in 2008, this idyllic retreat is almost new, offering eager travelers that special place to enjoy an authentic slice of Thailand in total privacy. The resort is situated on the outskirts of Pattaya and Jomtien, near the Satahip area, which means that although it is a 10-minute drive to Jomtien and a 25-minute drive from Pattaya, the resort has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The resort is ideal for those that revel in that countryside feel, especially golf lovers, as many of the region’s top golf courses such as Phoenix GC are situated nearby. The resort is situated just a 2-minute stroll from the beach, which is not solely owned by the resort, but is quite secluded and private by nature. The house is a duplex styled home with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Due to the convenient layout of the resort, which owns two communal swimming pools, it doesn’t matter which 2-bed home you are booked to stay because the pool is just footsteps away. Enjoy relaxing on your own terrace and absorbing the serene views of the estate and its majestic Thai salas and peaceful environment. The houses are chicly decorated with luxurious furniture which manages to maintain a real homely feel that is warm in its embrace and inviting.

As with every part of the Na Jomtien residences, the kitchen is sleekly designed with your convenience in mind. Not only do the black granite work surfaces gleam, the overall aesthetics of the room are impeccable. As part of the open plan living space, the western styled kitchen is situated in a convenient spot in relations to the lounge and dining room. The varied selection of appliances and features include a two-hob stovetop, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, microwave and large refrigerator.
Living Room:
The moment you enter the living room through the tall patio windows via your private terrace, you will be impressed by the décor and quality of the furniture, fixtures and fittings. Providing a modern environment that subtly merges an authentic Asian feel, this area is not only luxurious but also immensely comfortable. The wicker settee and the lavish cushions provide a homely feel to the premises. Sporting a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and enough Asian paintings and ornaments to create that authentic environment, the lounge is geared towards those with an eye for style and flair. With the private terrace easily accessed from the lounge, you can sit back and relax whilst enjoying the scenic views of the pool and resort.
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms in total, both situated on the second floor. Both the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, king-size beds and wardrobe facilities. The modern décor of the property seamlessly merges into the bedrooms. The master bedroom is positioned at the front of the property, owning a spacious balcony that has a table and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool and the beauty of the communal gardens. The bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a Jacuzzi/Bathtub. The guest bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

There are three bathrooms in total, which consists of two ensuite bathrooms and a guest bathroom downstairs that owns a toilet.

Chonburi area surrounds the Gulf of Siam with miles of sandy beaches, for those of you that enjoy Thai culture there is much to see, Sanctuary of Truth, many magnificent temples, within driving distance "water falls" in the rainy season (September - October). Local markets small and large.
The property is ideally situated to explore Thailand's fascinating history, and with the fabulous climate and some of the best entertainment in the world, you will never be bored!
Golf has been a major sport in Thailand since the 1920s when the first championship course was opened. There are now over 200 golf courses in the kingdom and 18 of the finest can be found in the Pattaya area and within easy reach of the property.
Although the courses are of Intentional standard, the prices reflect the low cost of everything in Pattaya. Weekday visitors' green-fees cost around 500 Baht, and another 200 Baht will get you a professional caddy to carry your clubs, provide refreshments and shield you from the sun.
Pattaya Water Park
Just 6 kilometres from Viewpoint Village a ten minute drive along the Jomtien Beach road heading up Pattaya Hill turning left before the traffic lights takes you to the children’s and adults play ground of Pattaya Water Park which is well signposted.
Big Buddha Hill
Also known as Pattaya Hill is just an eight to ten minute’s drive from Viewpoint, subject only to the erratic behaviour and density of the traffic along the beach road.
International Walking Street-Pattaya
International and Thai restaurants, humble street stalls, nightclubs, discotheques, beer and go-go bars are plentiful. Thai body and foot massage is a relaxing option to the hectic lifestyle from around 250 baht an hour it's not to be missed.

Sightseeing of Chanthaburi

Underwater World
Underwater World Pattaya is located in South Pattaya and is the largest and most modern ocean aquarium in Asia with a 100-metre-long acrylic pedestrian tunnel. This attraction features exotic marine life displays, providing every visitor the unique experience of seeing the creatures of the deep through crystal clear water.

Ko Lan
Lying some 7.5 kilometres off Pattaya Thailand, Ko lan is a 45 minute ferry ride or some 10 minutes by speed boat. The Island measuring some 2 kilometres by 5 kilometres offers several white sandy beaches with it's off shore coral reefs which can be viewed from the glass bottomed boats or snorkeling, jet skiing facilities are also available.
Khao Phra Bat (Khao Pattaya)
This small peak accessed by an asphalt road provides an amazing view over Pattaya City and the bay. This site has been developed and is currently the site of the Naval Sor Tor Radio station, there is also a monument to “Kromluangchumphon” known as the father to the Royal Thai Navy. A Buddha image is enshrined on the hilltop.
The Million Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm
A very popular botanical garden with many rare plants and beautiful landscapes. Must-see fossilized plants over a million years old, 200 year old bonsai, dwarf horses, crocodile pools, rare animals. Crocodile shows are big tourist attraction and are performed daily.
Suan Chaloemphrakiat
A small park dedicated to His Majesty the King's 60th birthday which contains a wide variety of flowering plants and is one of the favourite tourist attractions in amazing Thailand.
Pattaya nightlife
Thailand is world famous for its night-life, and Pattaya night-life is among the best there is - be sure to check out Tiffany's cabaret!

There are many places to visit, your stay will never be boring. From 22 championship golf courses to Elephant parks, nearby a day out at Nonooch Park is not to be missed. Fabulous night shows from Cabaret to laser lights lighting up the skys. Steak to satisfy the biggest hunger to magnificent lobsters eaten out on the piers over the calm sea.
