Nestled in the East riding countryside, within easy reach of Withernsea, Hornsea, Bridlington,Spurn Point nature reserve, close to both Sewerby and Burton Constanble Hall, Holmpton bunker,

.The cottage is to a very high standard with off road parking..

The lodge has two very spacious bedrooms , The master bedroom is tastefully decorated , French style silver bed , chaise longue and walk in dressing room , also a TV.

The second bedroom has a walk in wardrobe , the bed can be made up to a pair of single beds or a super King , with tv/ DVD player .

We also have a handy cloakroom upstairs with toilet and sink .

We can also supply a travel cot ( please bring own bedding ) high chair and a selection of games and books. Plus have folders with places to visit , food and activities .

The luxury downstairs bathroom is very spacious with walk-in shower and beautiful roll top bath

We can accept pets , but they must be very well behaved , we also ask that under no circumstances do they go upstairs .

The lodge is double glazed with large white country kitchen with integrated washer and fridge/ freezer , a hob , over and microwave plus pull out extractor fan and light. Plus a dishwasher.

With a lovely double Belfast sink with wooden work tops ,

The dining area has a table and chairs for 4 guests .

The lounge has double oval doors which open into the garden plus two comfy sofas , a beautiful raised fire place with a wood burning stove.

We provide wifi throughout the lodge plus the lounge tv has been upgraded and is now a 43 inch smart tv with catch up , Netflix is free

The hot tub and garden are both private to this lodge and are solely for the guests use . The gardens on an evening light up with fairy lights , giving a magical feel .

We have lots of outdoor furniture dotted around the garden , table and chairs , rattan furniture and full loungers

The private large enclosed garden with super large luxury hot tub with a open cover with glass so you can still see the stars .

This area is beautiful for walking, with tea rooms in both Withernsea and Patrington both only 2 miles away , local to the area are musuems , kayaking, horse riding and a large amount of golf courses , in Withernsea, Hornsea , Ganstead , Burstwick and Hull.Withernsea also has a large swimming pool with flume, and play park and why not go to the top of the only inland lighthouse.

The lodge has a lovely cosy feel , it is also much larger than an average two bedroom property .

We also do request that only the number of guests that are listed on the booking forms arrive at the lodge , if any more guests arrive up to the limit of the cottage total occupancy , a payment of £25 per guest per night is due, but please contact us first . Thank you .

Tescos , Aldi , boots , can all be found in Withernsea just over a mile away .

The willows is just over a mile away towards Withernsea which serves meals everyday and also has entertainment on certain evenings .

Captain Williams is a pub on the seafront which serves drinks and meals ,

The Rosy Leaf for homemade cakes and sandwiches

In Patrington Cakey Bakey , again have a selection of coffees and homemade pastries and cakes .

Dunedin has a restaurant , also the Whitehall estate tearooms .

Either myself or husband Alan will meet you and show you around and explain how to use the hot tub , a set of rules and advice is placed in the cottage this must be read before entering the hot tub and it’s enter at your own risk , each morning my husband also comes and checks the settings ph levels etc on the hot tub . If you have any questions or problems please don't hesitate to contact us as we are usually on hand as only live next door . Because we do have neighbours we do ask you to vacate the hot tub by 11.30 pm . Thank you

How do damage deposits work?

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
