Hi there and Welcome to our Executive Condo in one of the most wonderful places on earth! Here we like to introduce you to what we call our home away from home, right in the heart of Asia’s Paradise.
While you are here, take advantage of this opportunity to stay at our wonderful two bedroom, two bathroom condo, with balconies off every room, very spacious living and dining area and all the conveniences of home. Located on the eighth floor, we have uninterrupted views of the famous Patong beach and the mountains in the background. We are literally 3 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants and, bars!
The great thing about staying at our condo is the fact you have the choice to do everything yourself, in this self contained condo, or if you desire, you have at your disposal the use of all the facilities of the hotel, so you can kick up your feet and totally relax.

This is a private apartment, based in a hotel complex. So its up to you, you can use the room service and laundry service if you desire, for a price. But if you don't want to be disturbed and happy to do things for yourself, that too is OK. Facilities such as tennis court, sauna, snooker, massage, gym, play room for young children are all at your disposal on site.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
During Low and High Seasons
25% Deposit at time of booking with the balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season
A minimum stay of 5 nights with a 50% deposit at time of booking with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Low & High Seasons:- Full refund will apply, less admin fee of 5%, to cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival. 14-30 days notice will incur a 50% charge against deposit amount and under 14 days a 75% charge against deposit amount will be made.
Peak Season:- Full refund will apply, less admin fee of 5%, to cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival. 30-60 days notice will incur a 50% charge against deposit and under 30 days a 75% charge against deposit amount will be made.
The Phuket region
Patong is the most famous - some would say infamous - beach resort on Phuket. With its wide variety of activities and nightlife, Patong is an ideal place to party and play or if you want just relax and do nothing
By night the town has a bustling nightlife which includes literally hundreds of restaurants, chic lounge bars, beer bars and of course discos. The nightlife is centred around Soi Bangla (Bangla Road) however there are quiet parts of town.
Visitors hoping for a glimpse into the exotic East will likely not find it here among the McDonald's, KFC, Boots and Starbucks outlets, though the steaming hot streets, neon lights and chaotic atmosphere of Patong can be overwhelming for the new arrival. The key to full enjoyment of the place is to pace yourself, drink lots of water and learn the meaning of 'mai pen rai' - which translates roughly to 'It doesn't matter' or 'Don't worry, be happy'.
The Patong / Khatu area
Phuket FantaSea show
It's wacky but fun and very professionally done. Ariel trapeze artists, elephants on stage and pyrotechnics combine in a Las Vegas-style show. You'll see nothing else like it anywhere on the planet. Combining Thai traditional myths with humour, fantasy and a loose plotline that keeps getting more and more amusing, FantaSea's extravaganza is a highly entertaining and riveting show that deserves to be top of our Top Ten Must See and Do in Phuket list.
Simon Cabaret
Probably the biggest "transvestite" cabaret show to be found locally. This show features a spectacular musical floor show performed by the world famous "ladyboys" of Simon Cabaret. See for yourself - guys, can you tell the difference? And ladies - wouldn't you just die for a figure like that? Fabulous costumes, glitzy and fun.
Viewpoints in Phuket
There are many viewpoints looking out over east and west Phuket affording sunrise as well as sunset views. Ok, so everyone goes to Promthep but it doesn't make it any less spectacular. There, you'll get fabulous views over the ocean stretching as far as Phi Phi Island on a good day. Check out Phuket's other viewpoints such as the 'Three Beaches' hilltop venue on the road between Nai Harn and Kata or sip a cocktail at the After Beach Bar (also on the same road) while the golden ball slips into the western horizon.
Old Phuket Town
Sino-Portuguese splendours and funky shops in the most unlikely places will surprise and delight you in the heart of Phuket's sleepy provincial capital. Phuket town offers much more than you think with some excellent restaurants and local sights. The unique blend of colonial and Chinese architecture along with a tangible quaintness makes for a fascinating and unforgettable afternoon spent sauntering around Phuket's Old Town. Expect the unexpected and don't forget your camera.
Wat Chalong & Phuket Temples
Wat Chalong is one of Phuket's most important temples and visited by thousands each year. It's beautifully decorated with infinite reflections from hundreds of tiny glass pieces and several pagodas. On special holidays Wat Chalong hosts 'country fairs' with a real local flavour where you can buy just about anything and snack on Thai food to your heart's content. Wat Chalong has an interesting history and is Phuket Island's spiritual centre. You haven't seen Phuket if you've never visited this fascinating temple.
Phuket Waterfalls
Phuket's waterfalls are not the biggest in the country but they are interesting gathering places for those seeking a cool place for a dip or a picnic. There are two major falls, Ton Sai and Bang Pae and they are both located in Khao Praew Thaew National Park 22 kilometers north of Phuket Town. Best visited in the monsoon season from May to October, the surrounding jungle is great for trekking through and there's also the worthy Gibbon Rehabilitation Project right by.
Thai Boxing (Muay Thai)
Rapidly gaining popularity all over the world, Muay Thai is an electrifying spectacle to watch. Visit Saphan Hin Stadium in Phuket City to see regular matches with well-trained martial arts experts. Or try Patong Beach, where you can also see the skill and dexterity of these super-fit fighters. Tradition and courtesy are at the heart of this dangerous contact sport and a good Muay Thai participant is ultra-disciplined in spirit as well as body. Join the spectators and feel the rush. to see regular matches with well-trained martial arts experts.
Chalong Big Buddha
Visible from most of the south of Phuket, the Big Buddha is a recent arrival to the island. The image stands on the top of the Nakkerd Hills and looks down over Chalong, Kata and Rawai. It cost 30 million baht to construct and is 45 metres high. Next to it stands a smaller, golden image that is actually made of brass and there is a shrine near the site's car park. The drive up to the Big Buddha takes you through the 'real' Thailand and the view from the top is enhanced if you take a map to identify the many, many sights.
Phuket Festivals: Vegetarian Festival - Gay Festival ..
Whether they're held to honour a religious belief or just for fun, the festivals of Phuket are exciting, sometimes bizarre spectacles – and they're certainly never bland. The Vegetarian Festival draws people from all over the world. It's colourful, it's deafening and sometimes fascinatingly gruesome. Vegetables gruesome? Come and see for yourself… Phuket's Gay Festival falls at the same time as Thailand's Songkran Water Festival and both are fun-filled, full-on parties that celebrate life's exuberance in a most decidedly Thai way.

Stayed for almost two weeks with my wife and 6 year old. Apartment is set out very well and very spacious. Location is close to all Patong has to offer. We had a hire car and there was a parking space available. Only downside was that we had a problem with the A/C late at night. While it was fixed after the owners property manager visited, the hotel management on site were pretty useless. This is the only downside of the property, the resort is old and spacious, however some of the staff are not keen on customer service which is disappointing. We are already thinking about next years trip. Thanks Eddy! Response: Appreciate the review it is always good for other potential guests to be aware of all the facts. In terms of the air con, I have now rectified the issue as I had 3 air con units on one circuit breaker but I have now corrected and have 3 separate breakers. Also, Patong sometimes has power cuts and this triggers the circuits but now with the change i have made i believe this is all sorted. As for the hotel service, the reason i hired a dedicated condo manager was to service my guests needs as I cannot always rely on the hotel staff to provide the first class service i like my guests to have. A friend and I stayed in this well appointed apartment as part of an all girls trip to Phuket in April 2013. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious and well appointed with plenty of storage and hanging space. The rooms are well separated so you get the feeling of your own space. Very comfortable beds, pillows and linen making for pleasurable sleeping. The bathrooms were large and even supplied body wash, shampoo and conditioner on tap. Plenty of towels were also supplied. One bedroom had a good sized bath/spa. Each bedroom also has a private balcony. You really can close off each room for privacy. Both rooms worked on their own air-conditioning systems. The second room can be made into a queen or two singles. The living and kitchen areas are fully air-conditioned, large and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking or entertaining or just lounging around and relaxing. Large fridge, freezer and the ever important dish washer! The balcony off the dining room was large and a great entertaining area. The location of the Condo is superb as you are 10 minutes walk from the beach or the centre of Patong. When you get home after a full on day being up high on the 8th floor you get a sense of still being part of the action but out of the chaos. The hotel has great facilities including pool, restaurant, hair dresser, beauty and an awesome group of girls who give a wonderful massage around the pool. In all a super comfortable apartment in a great location that would suit singles, couples or familes.
