The second bedrooms en-suite bathroom is slightly smaller in size and has a shower, wash basin and toilet. A third bathroom can be found under the ground floor stairs and contains a toilet and wash basin. BedroomsThe villa has three bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms have stunning views of Patong Bay, with the master bedroom containing sliding doors which provide access to a lovely balcony. The balcony has a sofa making it a great spot to soak up both the views and the sun. This balcony can also be accessed through the second bedroom through a lockable door. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV as well as plenty of storage space. There is also a safe in the room for guests peace-of-mind. The guest bedroom has a large flat screen TV and also has plenty of wardrobe space and these wardrobes are mirrored giving the room an even more spacious feel. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
