Surrounded by stunning scenery on the borders of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Cuckoo Cottage lies at the heart of some of the most wonderful countryside in England. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this cosy, 200-year old stone cottage is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and offers an idyllic retreat in which to unwind.

Behind the cottage, the sunny, walled courtyard with cast iron garden furniture and BBQ contains a delightful south-facing, stone-built studio – an ideal space for relaxing whatever the weather – and country walks start from right outside the cottage gate. The cottage is ideally situated for the Grand Depart of the Tour de France in July 2014 and there are many wonderful places to visit nearby including Fountains Abbey, a World Heritage Site, and the spa town of Harrogate.
