We booked this cottage very last minute, but were very impressed. Trevor was waiting to welcome us, even helping carry in our luggage. he gave us useful information about local walks, places to eat etc. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and there were lots of books and leaflets about the local area. The property was delightful, spotlessly clean, everything to a high standard, couldn't fault it! The local area was just what we were looking for, with lots of walks in the amazing countryside, so beautiful. There were also many days out but we chose to go to Harrogate, had afternoon tea at Betty's (a must), Stump Cross caverns and Skipton Castle. So much more to do when we next visit... |
