We are situated near the shores of the Mediterranean between Puerto Mazarrón and Aguilas, and the 3 beautiful regional parks (Calblanque, Águilas and Sierra Espuña) are a short drive away.

There is easy access to a very good motorway and main roads to Bolnuevo, Águilas, Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Murcia and Cartagena.

We have 1 en-suite with a double bed and with a single bed, 1 en-suite with a double bed and bunk beds. Both en-suite bedrooms have private sitting areas. We also have a double room with a double and a single bed with a large private bathroom; all rooms are on the ground floor. Cot is available on request. Children welcome.

3 lounge areas, large kitchen and 2 large dining areas, terraces with plenty of seating in the shade, leading to a large garden with a private swimming pool. Plenty of room to eat indoors or out, where your friendly hosts offer a complementary full cooked or continental breakfast, sourced locally, to start your day. Breakfast/meals are served in the dining area or separate dining facility or alfresco within the outside areas.

There is also a fridge for your use so that you can chill those wonderful bottles of Spanish wine and beers.

The lounge and kitchen have large log fires for those cosy winter nights.

There is also a BBQ near the private pool.

Hair dryers and towels are all provided.

Tea and coffee making facilities are available for your convenience with a plentiful supply of complimentary homemade biscuits.

Complimentary shampoo and shower gel in each of the bathrooms, so no need to worry about your flight allowance if you only need to bring hand luggage with you.

Free high speed Wi-Fi internet access - so bring your laptop/tablet computer with you.

We also have UK satellite TV (including digital Spanish) and a DVD player with a good selection of disks.

Ample free parking for your car including secure parking if required.

We are a Bed & Breakfast so Henry & Min are always at hand to assist to make your holiday special while still allowing you to use our facilities at your leisure. Our prices are per room based on two people sharing a double room including a full complimentary cooked or continental breakfast. Children are €10 per person per night including full breakfast. Additional persons over 12 years of age in the room are €25 each.

The Castilla La Mancha region

The Region of Murcia: Región de Murcia is an autonomous community of Spain located in the southeast of the country, between Andalusia and Valencian Community, on the Mediterranean coast.

The autonomous community consists of a single province, unlike most autonomous communities, which have several provinces within the same territory. Because of this, the autonomous community and the province are operated as one unit of government. The city of Murcia is the capital of the region and seat of government organs, except for the parliament (Regional Assembly), which is located in Cartagena. The autonomous community and province is subdivided into municipalities.

The Region of Murcia is bordered by Andalusia (the provinces of Almería and Granada); Castile–La Mancha (the province of Albacete, which was historically connected to Murcia until 1980); the Valencian Community (province of Alicante); and the Mediterranean Sea. The community measures 11,313 km² and has a population of 1.4 million, of whom one-third live in the capital. The highest mountain is Los Obispos (2,015 m).

The region is a major producer of fruits, vegetables, and flowers for Spain and the rest of Europe. Wineries have developed near the towns of Bullas, Yecla, and Jumilla, as well as olive oil near Moratalla. Murcia is mainly a warm region which has made it very suitable for agriculture.


For your information we are in a rural agricultural location and not surrounded by villas or on an estate / urbanization. Visit up to 32 unspoilt coves, beaches (many of them are European Blue Flag) wild natural areas and unusual rock formations in the local area.

10 minute drive to a number of very special local beaches.

A very warm welcome awaits you in Bar Surtidor which has excellent tapas, ham, fish, beer and wine and is mentioned in a number of tourist books but is still very much a "locals tapas bar".

We are a 15 minute drive from a 18 hole golf course.

Plenty of snorkelling and SCUBA diving facilities in the area.

Horse riding and cycling.

Fishing is very widely available from the sea shore, boats or in rivers.

Parque Acuático (water park) is open from May 19th to September 9th 2012

The area is very well known for its mild climate and enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year.

The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, daytime temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F).

Winters are typically very mild with daytime averages around 18°C (64°F).

Our B & B is very suitable for walkers en-route via the GR92 & GR252 long distance walks or if you wish just to have a gently stroll in the hills or mountains that surround us.

The region has an incredibly rich mix of tourist attractions to choose from to suit all tastes.

We are also a bird watcher/photographers paradise.

We are also ideally located for a trip out if you wish to visit towns or cities. Puerto de Mazarrón is 15 minutes away. The town of Mazarrón itself is just 10 minutes away. Cartagena is only 40 minutes away while Águilas is less than 30 minutes away.

If you are looking at purchasing a property in the area including Camposol, Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón or indeed any area in southern Spain we are an ideal location for your base as we have such excellent transport links and can provide some unbiased advice - why reinvent the wheel when you can hopefully learn from our experience of purchasing a property in Spain.
