About the home
The villa is in an extremely peaceful and relaxing position and surrounded by a large park of oak trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The 3 villas are all independent and each has complete privacy, own garden and private parking. One is occupied occasionally by the owners.
The large 16x8 panoramic swimming pool, which is shared with the occupants of the other villas, has been built in such a way that it appears to merge with the lake.

The Umbria region
As you drive through the Umbrian countryside you will be amazed by the sheer luxury of the panorama. The velvet rolling hills, dotted with castles and ancient villas, gradually roll into a scene of vineyards, olive and chestnut groves and elm forests, which surround the valleys below with glistening streams and a multitude of shiny rivers.
Umbria has much more to offer than hilltop towns, rolling hills and breathtaking views. There are many fascinating places to be discovered in Umbria from the tiny hamlets to the larger towns such as Assisi, the mystic city of St.Francis. Spoleto, renowned for it's music festival, Orvieto, famous for its Cathedral masterpiece of medieval architecture and Lake Trasimeno one of the largest lakes in Italy, with a magnificent backdrop of the surrounding hills and the glittery blue lake, sandy beaches, water sports and ferries to the tiny islands.
Perugia is the capital city of the region of Umbria perched high on a hill dominating the Tiber Valley giving the town a very special aspect.
The rich artistic and cultural patrimony and the natural environment make Perugia a unique city of major importance, it was first a settlement of the Umbrians, and later the Etruscans.
The Passignano sul Trasimeno area
All amenities are at 3km in the village of Passignano, with restaurants, shops, banks,post office etc. Lake Trasimeno has delightful sandy beaches and it is possible to hire motor & pedal boats, scooters, bikes, windsurf etc.
From Passignano there are ferries to the small islands.
The dual carriageway to Perugia and Siena is at a short distance and will take you to all the main historic centres in Tuscany and Umbria.
