The Ibiza region
Though not the capital of the island, Ibiza Town is where it all happens. In many aspects its the centre of the island, its focal point. Its here that youll find most clubs, bars Cafes and restaurants. The city itself is beautifully located on top of a small hill. Surrounded by a couple of fortresses, the stronghold still proudly dominates the bay and the harbour at her feet. It's pretty easy to find your way around town. From the Ferry Terminal the old streets of the Sa Pena quarter bring you up to the walled old city D'Alt Vila. Within the walls therere still quite a number of medieval buildings, of which the tower of the Cathedral is by far the most impressive. Here you'll also find the more classy restaurants, hotels and apartments. For cheaper options you have to go down to the harbour or to one of the suburbs or other villages on the island. Just south from Ibiza Town are the suburbs of Figueretas and Playa d'en Bossa. Both have beaches, bars and restaurants.
Paseo Maritimo area
You can stroll through the winding lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, atmosphere of Ibiza by night; wander up through the cobbled streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; browse through the many and varied stalls and designer shops; dine in one of the many restaurants, for a moment of blissful calm amidst the action; you can even catch a ferry to Formentera or the neighbouring beaches! Across the Port is the fabulous Casino, Pacha and El Divino. Here the luxury yacht marinas, at Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Nueva, are graced with the floating palaces of Ibiza's jetset regulars, who migrate here faithfully at the start of each summer to keep their rendezvous with the most famous nightlife in the Med. We can really recommend a stroll around the quays and jetties of the Marina. Some of the biggest floating pleasure palace you have ever seen are berthed in Ibiza. At both Marinas (Botafoch and Nueva) there are some excellent restaurants and cafés from which to enjoy the view and the atmosphere.
How to get there
Regular and charter flights from most European capitals. Frequent ferries from Barcelona, Valencia and Denia. From Ibiza airport to Bahia de Ibiza building you can get by taxi, no more than 15 minutes. If you chose to rent a car follow the signs to Ibiza centre, then to Talamanca on the roundabout go stright into Avenida 8 de Agosto where is ubicated Pacha discoteque, leaving it 200 behind, on your right side you will see a blue building Bahia de Ibiza. From the Port 5 minutes by car following the same road from the roundabout.

The other one has 2 single beds and wardrobe. The bathroom is a wet room/ shower room. There is marble floors throughout the apartment following onto to the balcony, it is fully air conditioned. The lounge is furnished with a corner sofa ideal for lounging watching a DVD, plama screen T.V. Kitchen is kitted out with everything you need, including a washing machine and microwave and dishwasher, all smegg products. Bedroom 1 ( Master bedroom ) including ensuite, has a superking size( 6ft )bed that can be unlinked to make twins if required and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - superkingsize (6ft) which can also be unlinked to make twin beds if prefered. This also has a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 - has a 3ft single that can be made into a 6ft double bed, fitted wardrobes. Bathroom 2 - is a wet room/ shower room. The balcony is very large 30m2 and has a 6 seater dining table, 2 seater sofa with 2 arm chairs and coffee table and 2 sunloungers ideal for chilling out. There is marble floors throughout the apartment following onto to the balcony, it is fully air conditioned with electric shutters. The pool area is beatuiful with a well maintained garden area, pool with a children's shallow pool sorounded by wooden decking and palm trees, very sercure and well light. We also have our own parking space if you rent a car.
Conditions
Payment for reserving the property: 50% of the total ( by bank transfer) Rest of the payment to be paid in cash at arrival. ( VISA payment not possible) Security deposit of 1000 euros required at the entrance of the property, this deposit to be paid back in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged or stolen in the property.
