This apartment is finished to the highest standard, and includes a plasma screen T.V and DVD Player. Residential complex "Ibiza Nueva" is considered one of the best on the island, situated in a prestigious area of Paseo Maritimo, just few minutes walk to Pacha, El Divino and ibiza Town. Talamanca beach is also a 5 minute walk. There is also a 5 star casino 500 metres away. Marina Botafoch is also a 5 minute walk with a lovely promenade walk and exersise route along with lovely cafes, shops and boutiques.

The Ibiza region
This is a special island that once you have been you are bitten by the bug. Ibiza offers something for everyone stunning beaches that are by far the best of the baleric islands, amazing food, retaurants, shops, bars, clubs. The climate is excellent spring and summer range from mild to very hot and in the winter fresh and sunny. Depnding on what you are looking for Ibiza offers it all.
Paseo Maritimo / Talamanca/Marina Botafoc area
Ibiza Town is perfect for strolling around espcially at night around the night market, shops, boutiques. Wander up in to the old town and walk right up to the cathedral at the top taking in the history as you go. Playa den bossa is excellent for kids, there is water park and crazy golf and other entertainment parks. There is a Golf course in Cala Longa You can get a ferry which takes half an hour over to Formentera, deffinately worth going for the day the beaches are out of this world and the water is turquoise and clear for miles perfect for a lazy day on the beach. If you fancy staying closer to the apartment Talamanca beach has some nice restaurants as does the Marina Botafoch, as well as Pacha and El divino there is also a casino. All just a 5 minute walk away.
How to get there
There are many airlines that fly to Ibiza from all over the U.K or European airports. Here are a few: BMI, Thompson, Easyjet, My travel lite, BMI Baby, Iberia, Air tours.
Taxi's are avaliable from outside the airport, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes by taxi/car to Paseo Maritimo. This is one of the most stylish roads in Ibiza, if you aren't sure then ask for Pacha and the apartment complex is 500 metres on from here.
A car is not a necessity however it is a great way to see the island and visit some of the amazing beaches the island has to offer, there are also markets,restaurants and excellent shops. Car hire is avaliable at Ibiza airport from companies such as Hertz, Europacar, Avis, Carjet.

Further details indoors: The lounge is furnished with a corner sofa ideal for lounging watching a DVD, plama screen T.V. Kitchen is kitted out with everything you need, including a washing machine and microwave and dishwasher, all smegg products. Bedroom 1 ( Master bedroom ) including ensuite, has a superking size( 6ft )bed that can be unlinked to make twins if required and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - superkingsize (6ft) which can also be unlinked to make twin beds if prefered. This also has a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 - has a 3ft single that can be made into a 6ft double bed, fitted wardrobes. Bathroom 2 - is a wet room/ shower room. The balcony is very large 30m2 and has a 6 seater dining table, 2 seater sofa with 2 arm chairs and coffee table and 2 sunloungers ideal for chilling out. There is marble floors throughout the apartment following onto to the balcony, it is fully air conditioned with electric shutters. The pool area is beatuiful with a well maintained garden area, pool with a children's shallow pool sorounded by wooden decking and palm trees, very sercure and well light. We also have our own parking space if you rent a car.
Further details outdoors: There is a large pool with decking and a small children's pool, there are also showers and changing rooms by the pool. Talamanca Beach - 5 minute walk SYP supermarket 5 minutes by car. Doctors surgery 5* Casino. Marina botafoch, shops, boutiques, retaurants and cafe's. Promenade for walking - children's play area. Boat from El Divino (5 minute walk) into ibiza town.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Rent is quoted in EUROS per week.
Our daily rate for any additional days in June is 310 Euros per day July - 15th of September - 500 euros per day.
If you require a check in day other than Saturday/Sunday then you will be charged the daily rate.
We require 1000 Euros deposit payable on arrival which will be returned on the day of departure after a full inspection of the apartment.
The apartment is avaliable through the winter months for rental please contact me for prices.
Please note that the photos of the bathrooms are of the show flat, as we are currently shipping all the furniture over at present more photos will be avaliable in May of the bedrooms, living room and Balcony.
