Magical island Ibiza...What more can one say...Ibiza is everything one can wish for...Climate is fantastic, summers are hot , winters are mild and sunny. Beautiful beaches everywhere, some crowded with trendy, beautiful people, some orientated for family entertainment, some quiet and tranquil even in August. Ibiza Town is the most fascinating part of the island, as it offers plenty to see and experience for absolutely everybody. It is alive and busy day and night, full of coluurfull, happy people. There is a great variety of restaurants where one can enjoy "al fresco" dining, lots of bars, trendy fashion shops and boutiques. The Old Castle, Museums and Churches are a must to visit to understand Ibiza's history and tradition. Ibiza is also famous for it's rich and quite amazing night life, but most of all, Ibiza is about it's people-friendly, comsopolitan and laid back.
Paseo Maritimo / Talamanca/Marina Botafoc area
Marina Botafoc is a luxury harbour, crowded with beautiful yachts, favoured by people with good, refine taste. It is the most upmarket and expensive part of Ibiza. There are many quality restaurants to choose from, variety of trendy, upmarket boutiques, local shops and mini supermarkets. A landmark of Marina Botafoc is Cafe Sydney, a friendly, trendy bar / restaurants, a meeting point for local people and well behaved tourists, where one can easily sit for hours and watch the world go by. Great variety indeed, a true charm of Marina Botafoc and Paseo Maritimo. Talamanca beach is minutes away, it is one of the most popular beach on the island, being closest to Ibiza Town, with many reastaurants, bars and cafes on offer. Transport facilities are excellent, taxi rank is nearby, easy access by car to all parts of Ibiza. Probably the best way to travel is by a small ferry boat that connects Marina Botafoc to Ibiza Town, service runs every 15 minutes and is reasonably priced.

Taxi ride is not expensive, takes about 10-15 minutes from the airport to Paseo Maritimo and Marina Botafoc. If driving from the airport, follow the signs for Ibiza town and Talamanca beach. -you can't miss the luxury yachts and handsome buildings of Paseo Maritimo and Marina Botafoc. If in doubt, ask anybody where discoteque Pacha is, building "Ibiza Nueva "is about 200 meters further on the opposite side of the avenue.
