About the home

One storey Villa 95 sq.m, suitable for 5 people or 4 adults and 2 children. Villa 4 has 2 bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. It also has a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi shower, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living-dining room with fireplace. It has a nice and very comfortable balcony and veranda (60 sq.m) with beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea and Antiparos. We offer free parking places in a private and safe area.

Our resort has been built in a quite area with unobstructed sea view. It is closed to Parikia, capital of Paros, and many sandy beaches. We are about one km away from Greek traditional taverna, super market and bus stop. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf, wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our resort.

About our reservation and cancellation policy, please find it following.
We need the 30% of the total cost of the accommodation as a reservation deposit and the balance (70%) should be paid 2 weeks before your arrival.
If you cancel your booking till the last 2 weeks of your arrival date we will keep the 30% reservation deposit.
When you deposit the balance (70%) and cancel the booking or non show after this, we keep all the amount.
The day of your arrival we need a refundable amount of 200 euro as a damage deposit and we give it back to you the day of your departure, hoping that the villa is in the same excellent condition as the day of your arrival.

Paros is located in the heart of the Cyclades, in the Aegean Sea, in front of Naxos and near Mykonos. The third largest island in Cyclades is dominated by its picturesque villages, beautiful beaches and the Greek island atmosphere. You can reach the island of Paros by plane from most international airports via Athens. In summer the island can also be reached by a regular ferry boat or high speed service from the port of Piraeus and the port of Rafina.
In Paros you have the opportunity to enjoy friendly and hospitable people, a more relaxed life, healthy diet, and exquisite cuisine also a low cost of living and more importantly without crime.
It is an ideal island for those seeking the cosmopolitan bustle as well as the Greek atmosphere, the simple life of the fishing villages.
