Situé à Parikia, port principal de l île de Paros et au fond d'une impasse calme (dernière maison d'une rue sans issue).

Le studio peut accueillir 2 invités.

Il est situé dans une maison cycladique que nous avons rénové en 2014 avec sa propre entrée privée et possède une terrasse de 14m2 sans vis à vis et sans rue/route, et qui donne sur une petite orangeraie et citronniers (jardin).

Le studio est composé d'une pièce avec :

- Un coin nuit : King size (200x200).

- Une terrasse de 14m2 donnant sur un jardin avec : table, chaises, chaises longues, tentures, voile d'ombrage. (pas de rue/route).

- Une kitchenette : avec évier, réfrigérateur, plaques de cuisson, bouilloire, cafetière, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, table et chaises.

- Une salle d eau complète (douche, lavabo, toilettes et sèche-cheveux),

- La climatisation réversible,

- WiFi sécurisée.

Olympian-apartments (nom de notre maison, la rue n'a pas de nom à ce jour) est nichée au fond d'une rue sans issue, dans un quartier calme avec jasmins et bougainvilliers, et vous offrira un environnement idéal pour vous reposer et plonger dans la véritable atmosphère des vacances grecques.

Situé à 300 mètres de la plage de Livadia et à 200 mètres de centre historique de Parikia et de son labyrinthe de ruelles. Accessible directement depuis le parc de la basilique Panaghia Katapoliani.

A seulement 150 mètres ; le port de pêche et ses nombreuses tavernes qui offrent poissons frais et plats traditionnels savoureux. C est aussi depuis le port que partent chaque matin les caïques pour les plages de l île.

Nous fournissons le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de bains et torchons ) (nous ne fournissons pas les serviettes de plage).

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jean-Philippe (the owner) a message.

    If Jean-Philippe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
