The Emilia Romagna region

The flat is in the heart of Borgo Val di Taro, 60 KM from Parma.

The town is located in a triangle of land between Emilia Romagna, Tuscany and Liguria, on a branch of the historical Via Francigena, in a land where traditions are still strong and has the typical gastronomy taste the same once.

Parma

Borgo Val di Taro is the most important town in the Apennine for its lush forests and woodland products, including the mushroom IGP, unique in Italy for a European recognition, for the Taro River, the longest river in the Parma , with its tributaries flowing down from the enchanting valleys and uncrowded, for its traditions and its cuisine. It's a small town with all facilities, hospital, railway, supermarkets, swimming pool, gyms, schools, cinemas, pharmacies, plant sports and libraries.

A true "Valley of the Good Life," which boasts many awards, including the City of Slow Food and the City 'Fiorito'. A center alive and active that, since ancient times, has been one of the main destinations for city dwellers in search of clean air and tranquility of this area, the ideal place for a stay immersed in nature and well-being.

On the territory there is also the WWF 'Oasi dei Ghirardi' , a nature reserve of 600 hectares which is home to countless species of animals, plants and fungi provides a habitat for rare and a beautiful landscape, a typical representation of the Apennines and includes a well-equipped visitor center, a small museum and a garden botanico.

"Beautiful apartment in the heart of Borgo"

We have family and friends in Borgo, and stayed in this newly built flat above the historic Albergo Roma Hotel and it exceeded all our expectations. In the heart of the town, it is within walking distance of all the local amenities and bars and restaurants, and is in immaculate condition with all mod cons. For a "one bedroom flat" it was bigger than we expected and certainly suitable for the 4 of us, including our two teenagers! I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. The owner Umberto has been fantastic to deal with.

Lovely brand new apartment, beautifully furnished. The flat is perfectly situated in the centre of Borgotaro. Would definitely recommend.
