"Small but perfect apartment in excellent location"

This apartment is situated in an old apartment block which has lovely original wooden staircase and old doors. It is a few minutes walk from two different metro stations, and an easy walk from the left bank and Ile de la Cite.
The apartment is well furnished and warm (necessary in the week before Christmas!) There are several good places to eat and drink on the same road as the apartment block.
We collected the key from a little delicatessen across the road where we were given a glass of wine and made very welcome. (Bruno was away). Bruno had returned by the time of our departure and had made it clear that we could leave bags after the check out time if we needed. He was extremely friendly, and in fact had been incredibly accommodating about rearranging our stay because of a serious illness in our family.
I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough both for its location, its charm, and the friendliness of all the people that we dealt with.

"Amazing location, clean and homely apartment, perfect!"

Had an amazing stay at this apartment, it was clean with lots of amenities which we did not expect such as hair dryer, iron, cooking oil, spare shampoos etc. We were greeted by Bruno with a warm welcome and he stored our luggage before we checked in no problem. The fact that he lived in the same block was very convenient. Very fast wifi and will be staying here again when we next visit paris. Excellent location 2 minutes walk from Bastille metro station. Tv with English channels which we would have watched had we more time! Powerful shower and all round lovely apartment, just what we were looking for!

"Great place, convenient location."

We were impressed with the flat and Bruno's hospitality. The flat is clean and tidy with all the things you need for a short break. Location is great with lots of cafes and shops near by. Only downside was the very small bathroom - but not really a problem. Thanks for a great stay, I've already recommended it to friends.

"Amazing stay!"

A friend and I spent three days in Paris in mid June (first timers!). The flat it is cosy and very clean, with super-comfy beds and it's situated in a really nice area, conveniently located just few minutes' walk from Bastille metrò station. The area is very lively and there are many bars, restaurants and brasseries around.

Bruno, the guy who manages the apartment gave us good advices on how where to go and what to see and suggested some nice places to eat around the area.

We loved this place and we will surely keep it in mind for our next trip to Paris!

"Perfectly located"

The studio was everything i was looking for. Located in a quiet neighborhood, its only 2 minute walk from the metro, and there are tons of restaurants close by, also patisseries and supermarket. The studio is small but there are enough room for 2. It is very clean and well maintained. Bruno is very nice and helpful.

"3\4 giorni a parigi"
