A very charming and cozy one bedroom apartment located in the heart of the historical Paris neighbourhood, le Marais - right in the middle of a lively, artistic and cultural district, very close to the Picasso, Carnavalet Museums and plenty of art galleries, designer shops, bars and restaurants.
Characterised by a smart and plenty of sunlight pouring in through its large windows, this 37sq.mt apartment offers a cosy and welcoming environment, perfect for a couple staying even for long periods or for a third guest on shorter visits.
This fabulous Paris one-bedroom apartment can host 2 people. The apartment has a wireless internet connection, cable TV and electric heating.
The entrance door of the apartment leads to a foyer which gives access to the living room, with ample storage and comfortable sofa arrangement. The separate and fully equipped kitchen is located next to the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a TV. A small door in front of the entrance leads to the bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located very close to the historic “Le marché des enfants rouges”, the oldest vegetable market of Paris. Options like organic bread and vegetables, cheese and wine, and a multiple choice of charming and delicious restaurants are available.
It is an easy stroll to the Notre Dame Cathedral, to the Seine river, Beaubourg, Les Halles, the Hôtel de Ville and lots of other Paris' attractions. The apartment is in the heart of the Marais in the 3ème arrondissement, close to the Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame, the Isle Saint Louis, the Centre Pompidou and Place des Vosges, built by Henry IV at the beginning of the 1600s and constructed in a particular brick and stone manner found only in Paris. The closest subway is Filles du Calvaire (line 8).
The Marais is a typically bourgeois neighbourhood which covers areas of the 3rd and 4th arrondissements, on the Rive Droite of Paris (right bank of the Seine).
