The apartment has a spacious bedroom with south facing balcony, a living room with sofa bed and fireplace and a kitchen. Situated in a very nice urbanization with gardens and playground, has enough parking supply. A very quiet and nice neighborhood .restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and cafes, as well as other businesses and services on the door. The train station is a 10 minute walk and the beach is about 15 minutes. The Carcavelos beach, known for its long sandy and conditions for surfing, is 3 min by car.
