About the home

The house had upstairs two bedrooms : one with a double bed and the second with two single-beds, here we can put a extra small sofa-bed to have one extra sleeping place. There is one bathroom with shower for these rooms.
Downstairs you have a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with TV and an extra closet. In the backyard you have a small area where you can wash and drying clothes. In the frontyard you have a small garden with outside shower.
Jabaquara is a quiet area and you have a little market on 100m.
I myself lived for 2 years in these house when I was constructing another house in the mountains. I can give you many tips on "what to do" and on the best bars and restaurants!!!

For your breakfast you can buy fresh bread and suply in the market at 100m.
You get free internet acces in the bars on the beach from Jabaquara at 200m.
The kitchen is well-equipped so you can easy cook a great meal for your family if you don't like to go to one of the several restaurants on the Jabaquara beach or the Paraty-center.
You can park your car in the front of the house on the street, it's a quiet area.

We provide for you linen and towels to start, if you stay for a long time you have to wash them yourself (or laundry)
We provide a free drink in the fridge!
A well behaved small dog is welcome
We can give you good advise in "to do in Paraty" We live here already 4 years!
We speak Portuguese, Dutch, German and English

We ask 50% to make the reservation you can deposit on a count in Europe or on a count in Brazil, the other 50% you pay before you received the key.
