Three double bedrooms, master double room has en suite shower and toilet, two further room with twin beds and all with plenty of storage space for that all important swim suit and family bath room. The Famagusta District
Famagusta one of the last remaining ghost towns in the world! It was occupied in 1974 by the Turkish and remains to this day with fencing all around don’t worry this is just a suburb and safely located on the Northern Borders of Cyprus. If you do fancy an adventure across the border then you are only 20minutes drive away, or we can book you on a jeep safari or coach excursion to visit and see this fascinating part of Cyprus and hear about the history a great day out
Paralimni area
This Villa is walking distance to the local beaches and the Golden Coast port, where you can sit and have coffee and cake while watching the locals launch their boats. New this year are the Thunder Cats, come and see them go!
Paralimni is the local town with a good selection of local Taverner's where you can try a meze this is a selection of about twenty dishes and a must try!! Local Water Park for the younger children in Pernera or for the older ones go to Ayia Napa where you can have all day fun and thrills on the largest themed water park in Europe. Plenty of water sports for all ages and boat excursions to the Ghost Town. If you want something different how about a trip to Egypt we can arrange either a three day mini cruise or a one day flight. Golf is a drive away
How to get there
The property is very easy to reach and only 30 - 45 minutes from Larnaca airport. - We can assist with taxi pickups and drop off's if required - please contact us with your flight details to arrange - We can recommend a local car hire company who offer all of our tenants 20% off their car hire and meet at the airport (we do recommend car hire if you intend to see other parts of the island but being so close to the beach and having your own pool - if you are in the mood for a relaxing holiday then car hire is not compulsory. - Alternatively taxis are also available from the airport and will charge between 55 - 60 EURO

A non-refundable deposit is required of 20% of the total price at the time of booking.
Balance of holiday is due 6 weeks before departure, including a refundable breakages deposit of £150.00, refundable within seven days, if not breakages reported.
