The open plan lounge/diner has a large patio door with views to the pool area and with all garden furniture for el fresco eating and sun beds for the sun worshippers. It also boasts TV and DVD player. Air Conditioning through out. Separate fully fitted Kitchen with integrated washing machine, dishwasher and fridge Freezer. Three double rooms one with twin beds - one pulls out from under the other, double room and master with en suite facilities and a further family bath room. Car port.

The Famagusta District
Protaras is a very child friendly resort with the famous Fig Tree Bay sandy beach. There are many and varied restaurants, bars and gift shops. Crazy golf, trampolines and a small water park are just some of the things to do plenty of water sports to try. A brand new coastal walk has been made which is just right to stroll along after that Cypriot Meze!!
Paralimni area
Cot’s, High Chairs, pushchairs and wheel chairs can be hired locally please ask with booking. Paralimni is the local town with a good selection of local Taverner's where you can try a meze this is a selection of about twenty dishes and a must try!! Local Water Park for the younger children in Pernera or for the older ones go to Ayia Napa where you can have all day fun and thrills on the largest themed water park in Europe. Plenty of water sports for all ages and boat excursions to the Ghost Town. If you want something different how about a trip to Egypt we can arrange either a three day mini cruise or a one day flight. Golf is a drive away
How to get there
The property is very easy to reach and only 30 - 40 minutes from Larnaca airport. - We can assist with taxi pick ups and drop off's if required - please contact us with your flight details to arrange - We can recommend a local car hire company who offer all of our tenants 20% off their car hire and meet at the airport (we do recommend car hire if you intend to see other parts of the island but being so close to the beach and having your own pool - if you are in the mood for a relaxing holiday then car hire is not compulsory. - Alternatively taxis are also available from the airport and will charge between 55 -60 EURO
