The Famagusta District

This second floor apartment features an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen and balcony. A blow up double bed is available in the property which sleeps 2 children comfortably or one adult. Air-conditioning is installed throughout the apartment offering year round comfort. In keeping with the superior quality of furnishings, there are double glazed windows and detailed finishing touches.
Paralimni area
Paralimni is the local town with a good selection of local Tavernas where you can try a meze this is a selection of about twenty dishes and a must try!! Local Water Park for the younger children in Pernera or for the older ones go to Ayia Napa where you can have all day fun and thrills on the largest themed water park in Europe. Plenty of water sports for all ages and boat excursions to the Ghost Town. If you want something different how about a trip to Egypt we can arrange either a three day mini cruise or a one day flight. Golf is a drive away
How to get there
The property is very easy to reach and only 30 - 40 minutes from Larnaca airport. - We can assist with taxi pick ups and drop off's if required - please contact us with your flight details to arrange - We can recommend a local car hire company who offer all of our tenants 20% off their car hire and meet at the airport - we do recommend car hire - Alternatively taxis are also available from the airport and will charge between 55 -60 EURO Golf is a drive away.
