The Famagusta District
The new Armonia development is very quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive away from neighbouring resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa.
The nearest beach( Firemans Cove) is a 20 minute walk away,This is a lovely sandy secluded cove of which there are many more along the coastline.
Well known for its picturesque sandy coves and blue crystal-clear water . an area not to be missed. The weather is magnificent all the year round, with December and January being the coolest months but still boasting blue skies.
The ghost town of Famagusta is a must for all to see,with viewing points in the neighbouring Dherynia village. There is a zoo, aquatic centre and two water parks in the area, aswell as water sports and fishing.
Paralimni area
Protaras ,as the main tourist area of eastern Cyprus,is one of the prettiest areas of the island, and extends along from the famous Fig Tree Bay, and takes in the areas of Pernera, Ayia Triada and Kapparis. There are numerous bays along the coast, with their crystal blue waters and white sandy beaches, offering something for all ages,from water sport activities to resting in the quiet secluded bays and ambling around the fishing harbours.The area is also host to over 300 restaurants, cafe bars and tavernas.
With the apartment located on the border of Paralimni and Kapparis, the area is rapidly up and coming, and is now a resort in its own right, with the main road, Kennedy avenue, a short distance away, providing a selection of bars, restaurants and shops,and is ideally located just off the coast.
The nearest beach to the apartment is an approximate 20 min walk, and if you follow the coastal path you will discover a host of secluded bays and coves, all with crystal-clear water.
Nearby Agia Napa has something to offer everyone, with its award winning water park, go-cart track, golden beaches and a picturesque harbour and stunning architectural churches. For the younger holiday maker the night-life of Agia Napa is unforgettable.
Paralimni town has a good selection of souvenir shops, bars, restaurants and modern boutiques overlooking a central square with water feature.
