This apartment is a 2 bedroom penthouse situated on a brand new complex, one of the best in the Kapparis area. It has been furnished with quality and stile to give you a feeling of relaxation and comfort which everybody needs when on holiday. All of this with access to a shared outdoor pool!
The veranda is furnished with a big rattan table and chairs for your evenings al fresco. The apartment has everything you need to make you feel right at home. The kitchen, dinner and living area is all open plan and from the kitchen you can enjoy sea view.
Around the complex there is everything you need and a very short distance away, like the best beaches in Cyprus, restaurants and bars open all year round, the biggest water park in Europe located in Agia Napa just 15 min drive away, water sports, scooter and car hire etc.
On the complex you will find a very large pool and paddling pool for the kids with outside showers, sunbeds and parasols, tennis court and a kiosk.

The Famagusta District
Southern Cyprus is famous for its warm climate, it boasts 340 days of sunshine a year, which makes it one of the favourite islands for sun worshipers.
As in the UK in Cyprus you drive on the left side of the road.There are many places of interest to see, from sightseeing in the northern side (the ghost town of Famagusta), to the many beautiful and historic churches in the south.
For those who like walking there is a coastal pathway which runs all the way to Cape Greco a national park where the views are stunning, and who likes a little gamble the casinos are a short drive away just across the border.
Paralimni area
Kapparis is a very up and coming area with bars and restaurants open all year round, there is various beaches all with water sports. The largest town in the area is Paralimini and its about 1-2 miles away from the complex.
Nearby resorts include Protaras (a lively resort great for families), and Agia Napa (famous for its night life). Agia Napa is also home to the largest themed water park in Europe.

A £ 100 x week booked non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
