The property is in a very quiet location and ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday, yet close to all the attractions of Famagusta & Protaras, which is just 10 minutes by car with probably the finest beach in Cyprus (Fig Tree Bay). The tourist area of Kapparis is just a short drive with its many bars, restaurants and a delightful cove (Firemans Beach).

The Famagusta District
Paralimni is a five minute drive to the nearest beach, where you can enjoy an idyllic day out in the wonderful Mediterranean Sea lapping up the glorious sunshine. Paralimni is a town where old and new seem to merge well together. The largest town in the eastern southern fringe of Cyprus, you can find everything here. This is a town with impressive culture and shops to facilitate the ever expanding needs of the locals. There are many varied beautiful shops and boutiques offering very modern clothes and jewellery to please any fashion trendsetter.
There are many cafés with some being of ultra-modern design, where you can sit outside and watch the world pass by. Or alternatively if you want something more entertaining, you can attend a show at the amphitheatre in the centre a 20minute walk away and Ayia Napa and Protaras are just a short drive away. Beautifully constructed modern buildings overlook the old Venetian houses and some fascinating churches with the oldest dating back to the 13th Century. This particular church has now been made into a museum, which houses a selection of ancient icons and artefacts and is located in the town centre flanked by the large Saint George Church which is used regularly for services.
Paralimni / Orphanides area
Kapparis is a new area which has expanded to meet the neighbouring town of Paralimni on one side and the the coast on the other. It boasts some beautiful beaches as well as the comforts of good shopping and a local supermarket. You can also enjoy views of the ruins of Famagusta.
How to get there
Airport: Larnaca (45 minutes by car)
The drive is mainly on the motorway from the airport (dual carraigeway) and then a short drive through the town and to the apartment when you arrive at Paralimni. Driving in Cyprus is on the left hand side and the traffic lights are the same as the UK too. So it is really easy to get to.

The 2 bedrooms consist of one double bed and twin beds with built-in wardrobes and side tables for your convenience.
The sheets and towels are provided. There is air-conditioning in every room. Just off the lounge there is a balcony area, equipped with sun beds and store. This apartment is positioned on the first floor close to the communal swimming pool and lift. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday
