Your apartment is on the top (2nd) floor of a new complex. From the main windows and balcony there are uninterrupted views of Famagusta Bay and Town, the ‘panhandle’ of Cyprus and the shared pool area and sun terrace below.
It is spacious, with individually controllable air conditioning in each room and fully furnished to a high standard.
The location is quiet, adjacent to the open land between the northern and southern parts of Cyprus. But all facilities for whatever type of holiday you want are within easy driving distance.
The apartment next door is in the same ownership and also available to rent. Its details are identical. The balconies are linked by a gated extension to form a unit that will sleep up to 8.

The Famagusta District
The eastern part of Cyprus consists of gently rolling countryside and moderate-sized towns and villages. The climate is comfortable all year round.
Beaches and coves are sandy with good swimming, snorkelling and other watersports in the season. There is little rain to interrupt the sunshine.
Paralimni area
Paralimni has good shopping for all your holiday needs in a range of supermarkets and small shops. The local restaurants of Paralimni and Kapparis are within 5 minutes.
Or within 20 minutes you have the resorts of Protaras and Aiya Napa, with their wide ranges of facilities, separated by the nature reserve of Cape Greco with its good walking and beautiful cliffs and coves.

Further details indoors: Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both have extensive wardrobes, one of which has a safe inside.
The bathroom is fully tiled in Mediterranean ceramics. It has a bath with shower over, vanitory unit and mirror and toilet.
The living room is comfortably furnished with two settees, pouffe, coffee table and large LCD TV with DVD player. Wireless internet access is available for your computer. The dining table seats up to 6.
The kitchen is fully fitted including oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is all the crockery, cutlery, utensils and pans you will need. In a broom cupboard are an airing rack, ironing board and iron.
Towels and linen are included for use within the apartment With separate towels for Pool/Beach. Linen change and basic cleaning service are provided each week for lets of 10 days or more.
The large balcony is furnished with a table and 4 chairs.
A high chair and cot can be provided if needed.
The apartment balcony is linked to the one next door by a gated extension. Together they can be used as a 4-bedroom complex if required.
This is ideal for 3 generations or 2 families holidaying together or for families with teenage children. Please contact the owners for further information.
Further details outdoors: There is a large shared swimming pool and shallow children's' pool on the terrace below the apartment.
The complex was finished in 2008 to a high standard and is professionally maintained in that condition.
The location is within 5 mins of the sandy coves and restaurants of Kapparis and all the facilities of Paralimni. The resorts of Protaras and Aiya Napa are within 20 mins with the nature reserve of Cape Greco between them.
There is allocated under-ground parking and elevator access to the apartment level.

A welcome pack of essential provisions to your choice can be supplied at cost plus 4 euros.
We recommend hiring a car and if you wish to do this locally we can arrange airport transfers.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.
The living area and each bedroom have individual air-conditioning units that you can set to your own preferences.
Satellite television reception is provided with a selection of free channels in a range of languages.
Conditions
Prices quoted are inclusive of electricity (inc. air-conditioning), broadband access, linen and towels. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks before departure and is non-refundable.
A security deposit of £100 per apartment is required with the final payment. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
