About the home

A modern, luxurious and stylishly furnished 3 bed villa with private pool. Ideal for families, couples and groups.

All rooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool at the back of the house. There is another balcony at the front of the house.

There's a pool shower, and a large sun terrace with table chairs, and sun loungers and BBQ. The pool is 12m by 4m.

150m from Pernera Beach, 200m from Louma Beach, 50 metres from shops & tavernas of Pernera. Located in a quiet and peaceful spot, situated between two big towns which are less than 5mins drive away. 5km from Ayia Napia.

The Famagusta region

The Villa is situated in Pernera, between Parilimni and Protaras two busy towns, and 5km from Ayia Napia.

There is plenty to do in the area, with a small water park & Aquarium both 2km from the villa, or in near by Ayia Napia is the largest waterpark in Europe; WaterWorld. Cape Grekko National Park is 8km away, great for walking & scuba diving in the Sea Caves.

The Paralimni / Protaras Avenue area

Pernera
Set in a quiet and very pretty location Pernera has many bars, tavernas, restaurants, shops and a lovely beach . There are plenty of activities for the friends, families and couples to do. Your holiday can be as lively or relaxing as you want it to be.

Pernera’s local sandy beach is also the host to a small church, café, children's playground, watersports and a fishing harbour.

Protaras
If you fancy going a little bit further a field then Protaras has Fig Tree Bay with bigger sand beaches only a short 3km journey down the road. Protaras has a multitude of restaurants, bars, cafés, watersports, tourist shops, excursions and a good night life.Whether you choose a dance at one of the club's or a quiet drink at one of the music bars. There is plenty to keep all guests entertained day and night.

Guestbook for Crystal Lagoon

I just want to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at Crystal Lagoon. It is a beautiful house and has so many interesting things to see and do nearby. Although we went out of season it was warm and sunny and wonderfully quiet, ideal for a relaxed break instead of being here in the UK. We were pleased to know that we were missing the heavy snow falls. We returned refreshed but sorry we hadn't been able to stay longer.

Thank you Vally's Villas for a fantastic time from start to finish; finding the place couldn't have been simpler, key was there waiting for us along with a great 'get you in pack' and the lady down the road dropped by the next day to see if we needed anything more. The villa itself was brilliant, bright, modern, fully equipped and plenty of room...more importantly a large pool with all day sun and plenty of furniture around the pool on which to relax and dine al fresco. Location excellent; lovely local bars and bays (not to mention Protaras) all within walking distance and a great retreat for exploring lovely villages and the rocking Ayia Napa. Book us in for next year!!!!

"A really outstanding Villa in a lovely location with plenty of Taverna's and bars only a stones throw away. The pictures on the website really do not do the Villa justice, it is just like a home from home... with a pool!!
The beach is a 3 minute walk and there is a perfect coastal boardwalk to Protoras that only takes around 20 minutes. Ayia Napa is a short bus ride or 10 minutes in the car and that place has all you need. The information pack in the Villa is top class and you can rest assured, you will not need a tour guide for the stay. We enjoyed the BBQ by the poolside and the kitchen has all the facilities to self cater. We cannot wait to come back and stay next year.. Hope there will be space in the calendar.
