A spacious 3 bedroom apartment with good sized veranda, the property is very comfortably furnished with two double bedrooms and one twin room. The lounge diner is open plan with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, for the larger party the lounge area can be used as a fourth bedroom also to accommodate additional guests there are communal shower and changing facilities on the ground floor.
The property is in a very quiet location and ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday, yet close to all the attractions of Famagusta, protaras is just 5 minutes by car with probably the finest beach in Cyprus (Fig Tree Bay) the tourist area of kapparis is just a short drive with its many bars and restaurants also the delightful cove (Firemans Beach)

The Famagusta District
Paralimni is the main town for the district of Famagusta the apartment is located on the outskirts of the town just five minutes by car from the main tourist areas and 5 minutes from the main shopping area of the town.

Paralimn / Kapparis / Protaras often ignored in favor of Pafos, this is without doubt one of the finest family holiday destinations on the island. You will be delighted by the stunning Fig Tree Bay, Cyprus best kept secret, one of the finest beaches you will find anywhere, with soft sand and safe shallow crystal clear waters ideal for children, for the more energetic Water sports are available of the beach including para gliding, wind surfing, water skiing, and boat hire.

Just a short drive away is the livelier town of Agia Napa famous for its club scene and a paradise for the young. Water sports are many, but don’t miss the cruise that will take you to see the deserted town of Famagusta, and then swim in the warm Mediterranean waters.
