This apartment has amazing sea views to keep you dazzled for hours. With a large private roof terrace there is so much space to sunbathe, have a BBQ, get a cool drink from the fridge and even have a shower... all on the private roof terrace!!! The views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is lush as it is so relaxing and the breeze is great as you are higher up.
The apartment itself is furnished to a calming and high standard, with a mixture of beige and brown woods throughout the apartment with some colour brought in through the paintings. Each room has detail of its own which helps to create character to the apartment. Even the bathrooms are unique, the one has a corner bath tub and shower combined and both have underfloor heating for the winter months.
The location is superb, there are restaurants and shops within walking distance from the apartment, and within a very short drive you are in Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa enjoying a different way of life.

The Famagusta District
A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze. The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement...
Paralimni area
Paralimni and Dherinia are very close to Protaras and Ayia Napa. Paralimni being the central town of the area, more residential and cultural than the areas closer to the coast. Paralimni is a quaint village, with lots to discover, it is set around St Georges two churches in the square and everything else forms around it. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in the area, especially in the square itself.
Within close proximity, about 5minutes in a car, you are in Protaras itself, with a wide selection of bars and restaurants and some stunning beaches. The great thing with being a litlte bit further out is you discover other places to eat, try local cuisines, view culture and the Cypriot way of life... it is slower than most ways of life.
How to get there
There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.

Fly monarch have summer sales now for next years tickets, there are tickets for under 100pounds... Euro Cyp holidays are a company based in London, they are also good for flights and the number is 0208 802 7255 .
It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so you are less likely to get delays to ruin your holidays... Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

Further details indoors: As you enter this apartment, it is spacious and very light. There are lots of patio doors which really create a summer breeze. The living room is comfortable, and there are plenty of channels to choose from on the satellite television... or you could watch a dvd on the dvd player instead.
There is a dining area, which seats 6 people comfortably and the kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, storage pots and has items such as a dishwasher and microwave to make your holiday easier.
The three bedrooms are all a nice size; each having built in wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom has bedside tables, a dressing table, chair and mirror and there is also access to the balcony. The second bedroom also has a large double bed with bedside tables and the third room has two single beds with bedside tables. There is a large supply of beige sheets in each room, with light weight covers, quilts and quilt covers if you get cold.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment, the master bathroom has a corner bath and shower combined and plenty of storage space. The washing machine is in the bathroom so that if you are enjoying a good film then the noise doesn’t disturb you. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle and both bathrooms have under floor heating for the winter months. There is a large supply of white towels and hand towels along with bathmats for each room.
Further details outdoors: This apartment has everything to offer... In the communal area downstairs there is a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Sit beside the pool which is fenced for safety and there are plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs for your use and listen to the trickling water from the Jacuzzi to the pool...For the winter months the pool is heated as well.
Upstairs is a complete sense of serenity. From the apartment there is a spiral stair case which leads you to a private roof terrace above the apartment. Up there is so much space it is incredible! There are sun beds for you to enjoy the summer rays, a comfortable sofa and coffee table set and large umbrella to keep you shaded and an outback large BBQ. If this isn’t enough, there is a shower room upstairs to cool off, a sink and even a fridge freezer.
The views are amazing, sea and mountain views are all you are drawn to, it is like you are on top of the world from this gorgeous roof terrace.
