Self-Catering holiday apartment in Protaras,Paralimni. Beautiful New - Two bedroom luxury apartment is situated close to local amenities and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The apartment is air conditioned and set in a private complex , the balcony has a coastal sea view in the distance and there is a shared pool between 14 other apartments. With one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and two pull out sofa beds, the apartment is ideal for families who like relaxing on holiday close to amenities. The apartment is close to bus stops and supermarkets and a short walk to plenty of beaches and bars to eat out. Pernera Village is a 15 bus ride, with good nightlife and places to eat. Protaras main strip is a 20min bus ride into the centre of Protaras and Figtree bay. Paralimni Town is a 15 min walk, with lots of cafes,bars and lovley shops.

The Famagusta District
Famagusta is well known for its golden sandy beaches and sparkling blue waters which embraces the eastern corner of the island. Ayia Napa, Protaras and Paralimni are towns in the district of Famagusta and for those who love the beach and the blue water sports they are considered paradise. Without a doubt the best beaches are Blue bay, Figtree bay and of course Konos beach in Protaras. The Beaches in Ayia Napa are Nissi beach and Adams beach. Ayia Napa has a lovley fishing harbour and a mediaevel monasteries and loud night life.
Paralimni / Protaras Avenue area
Parlimni and Protaras is more for familys or couples, with beautiful beaches, good night life, restaurants and plenty to do for the family, a small family fair, the magic dancing waters,themed bars, water park,water sports,fishing,tennis,horse riding, and of course shopping.
How to get there
Fly to LARNACA - Paralimni (Protaras) is Approx 64KM away or 40 mins by road. Cheapest Flights tend to be from London Airpots & Manchester but you can get bargins from Cardiff & Bristol if you look around.

Cheap Airport Transfers can be arranged through us, or local taxis are readily available from airpot to Paralimni but will cost £50 CYP each way . Therfore, it is cheaper through us as we know a good trustworthy taxi driver who will take you to the door of our apartment.

Further details indoors: The location of this apartment is ideal for being within easy reach of Paralimni town, Pernera Village, Protaras main strip, by bus or car the apartment is close to a small harbour called the golden coast, which is a lovley 35 min walk from our apartment with plenty of cafes and greek taverna on the way down to the beach. The nearest beach to the apartment is - Agia Trida and Firemans beach 1km (2.2miles) away. Pernera Village- is a 15 min bus ride it is a lively family resort with lovley golden sands of Blue bay ( Pernera beach ) it has some really good pubs which are open till late and plenty of shopping places to eat out.(Try the Windmills Pub & knights Pub). Protaras main strip and Figtree bay is very lively again with alot more shops and Entertainment for the family. The main strip is good 2omin stroll with restaurants all the way down. All pubs and bars open till very late! Plenty of elvis and shows. Konos Beach and Cape Greco is 20 mins by car - AMAZING for snorkeling,rock jumping - Just watching! Paralimni Town has plenty of cafes , boutiques and loads of shops, there is even a Marks & Spencers. Also Ayia Napa is only 30 mins away by bus with beautiful beaches and louder nightlife. In Ayia Napa there is a large fun fair , a main harbour, also a large water park and loud night life.
The TV in our apartment is a flat screen, linked to a dvd player, there is a selection of films & CDs.

* - Mr & Mrs Sullivan- We certainly enjoyed in your apartment. We had a most relaxing holiday, and enjoyed searching out the beautiful beaches. Everyday, regardless of where we were going or what we are doing, we spent at least 3 hours on a beach. The sea was fabulous!
