VILLA 15 CHARA CYNTHIANA is located in-between Protaras and Paralimni and is a Fabulous, Spacious Air-Conditioned Three Bedroom VIlla set in its own Landscaped Gardens with a Large Private Swimming Pool (9m x 4m) which has farmland in front of it - not concrete buildings - there is also a Shower by the Pool. The villa is the ideal place for beach lovers, romantic holidays or for families and friends. There is Satellite TV with English Film Channels.
We wanted to provide our guests with above average accommodation that is meticulously clean and at VILLA 15 CHARA CYTHIANA this is what it is all about. There is so much space for eating "Al Fresco" and with the weather in Cyprus being so predictable, you will probably want to spend as much time as possible outside which is why the outdoor facilities at this Villa will make your holiday very, very special.

Downstairs has a Spacious Open Plan Lounge extending to a dining area for 6 people . This leads to the Lounge area which is equipped with a TV, DVD and Music System. Satellite TV with English Film Channels.
The Kitchen area is also very spacious and s fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
There is a downstairs Cloakroom with Toilet and Wash Hand Basin.
Upstairs, there is a Master bedroom which leads to a large Balcony - this is a great place to catch a gentle breeze on those hot summer nights . There are two further bedrooms each with Twin Beds - all bedrooms contain ample built-in wardrobe space.
All Main areas and Bedrooms have air conditioning units.
There is a Family Bathroom with Bath Tub plus Overhead Shower, Wash hand basin and Toilet.
The Villa Sleeps 6 in comfort.
A Hairdryer and Hot Styling Brush / Tongs are available for your use.

The VILLA is set in Private Landscaped Gardens which back-on to Farmland - such a pleasant change from being surrounded by Concrete Buildings. As there are no buildings at the back, this also gives extra Privacy for the Private Swimming Pool area.
The Swimming Pool is 9m x 4m and there is an After Swim Shower for your convenience. The Swimming Pool is maintained throughtout the year - ensuring it is safe at all times and crystal clear.
The Gardens are also maintained regularly.

To allow for flights coming into Cyprus everyday of the week, rental periods can start and end on any day - there is no set changeover day.
The prices quoted are for a week long let, however I can quote for 10 days, etc. Just ask me for a quote.
Long lets (over 3 weeks) are available - just ask for a quotation. In the winter it is normally cheaper to rent in Cyprus than to pay your electricity bill for heating at home!!
Normally the villa is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus.
Conditions
A deposit of £200 will be required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
If the reservation is less than 6 weeks from the start of the holiday date, the full amount will be required,
Rentals of less than one week must be paid for on reservation.
A security bond of £200 will also be required and should be paid with your deposit - this security bond will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.
Once full payment is received an accommodation voucher will be issued which you take with you to Cyprus in exchange for the keys. I have a manager available to meet you at the villa with the keys (24 hour service).

The Famagusta region
This region of Cyprus enjoys an estimated 345 days of sunshine a year and is ideal for a holiday throughout the year.
The best beaches on the island can be found in this region - Cape Greco, Nissi Beach, Fig Tree Bay and many more - many have been awarded the 'Blue Flag' which means they are great for families with small children as the beaches are fine white sand which gently shelves into the crystal clean waters of the Mediterranean.
The sea is excellent for snorkelling and scuba diving and there are all kinds of water sports - some quite tame and others quite adventurous!!
The Troodos mountains are a great place to visit in contrast to the beaches - here you will find pretty villages and the air temperature will be a little cooler - and of course in the Winter you can Ski
You can also spend some time in Nicosia with its shops, boutiques and places of interest or visit a church or two.
The Paralimni area
The Villa is located in a quiet residential area in-between Protaras and Paralimni.
There is a local Bakery offering fresh bread 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - there are also other everyday products available. There are Tavernas within walking Distance and a Take Away offering Greek and English Cuisine.
There are many beautiful churches - one on the way to the Supermarket!! and a tiny church sits on the other local beach at Agia Trias
This region of Cyprus has some of the best sandy beaches on the island.
There are Two Water Parks in the area, a Zoo and Aquatic Centre.
Places of interest include the Nature Reserve of Cape Greco, the 'Famagusta' viewpoint, museums and monastries.
The resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short car drive away, or by bus. Buses are cheap - approx. 1,20 Euros. Taxis are also readily available and affordable.
Fireman's Beach is 1km away or Agia Trias is 1.5km, or a 2 minute drive. they are beautiful sheltered coves with crystal clear water - almost turquoise!!

I can arrange a transfer from Larnaca Airport to the Apartment Complex at a cost of 45 Euros one way or 80 Euros return (paid locally) for up to 4 people plus luggage. For 5 people plus luggage the cost in a mini bus from Larnaca Airport will be 50 Euros each way or 90 Euros return.. Transfers for 6-8 people can also be arranged.
I can also provide car hire (Ford Focus or Renault Megane) at a cost of 20 Euros per day (inclusive of insurance, etc. - you just have to pay for your petrol). The car is delivered to the apartment and collected from the apartment - the car can be hired for the duration of your holiday or for a day or two - the car is booked in advance and paid for on delivery in Euros.

We had a wonderful two week stay at this villa. We booked the airport transfer and hired a car and it was managed extremely well and very professional. The villa location is good. What was really nice was how quiet the villa was but still near enough to local places for access. The villa was very well equipped and the pool was lovely. We have been to the area many times before and spent a lot of the holiday at the villa relaxing and swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. The booking process was very efficiant and the management team in Cyprus were helpful. All in all a fab holiday and we didn't want to come home. The villa was comfortable, ciean and well equiped that suited our needs perfectly, the pool and air conditioning were excellent, and definatelly a necessity given the high temperatures seen most days. Bill and Sue were on hand to deal with any queries we had, even going the extra mile in arranging a car at short notice and taking the time to recomend godd beaches with directions for getting to them where necessary. If renting this villa again I would definatelly rent a car for the full holiday, carrying shopping and water from the local supermarket was an endurance test in itself in the hot weather. As you say the Pool and air conditioning are a great asset. You are right about hiring a car in this region in order to take in all the lovely sandy bays and coves as well as being handy for the shopping. good sized family villa in a quiet area with excellent pool which we used all the time. Close to main bus route which gets you to all local towns/beaches for 2 euros all day. Also shops close by which was very handy. Local Cypriot bar made us very welcome where we spent a few evenings. Very good food at the Anatolia restaurant in Protaras, Jade Garden Chinese which was down the hill on the main road very good. Many bars to choose from in Protaras and good family atmosphere. Off licence in Pernera by the Fresh restaurant is the place to buy your drinks! Plenty of local beaches. Great boat trips & many fun watersports from Protaras harbour. All the arrangements made with the owner went very smoothly and they were always more than helpful. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking to holiday in Cyprus. The rates include air conditioning, heating, linen, towels and a Welcome Pack plus a change of linen and towels and the beds remade after the first week if staying for 2 weeks and a change after the 2nd week if staying for 3 weeks.
GREAT RATES FOR WINTER LETS - cheaper than putting on the heating in Winter Climates - Lets must be over 3 weeks in duration!!!
If staying for a long let (over 3 weeks), linen and towel changes are not included in the prices, but laundry can be arranged separately and paid for locally in Euros at a very reasonable cost
Payments from UK residents can be made into any UK bank.
International Payments can be made via IBAN transfer and paid in GBP Sterling
I can also be paid via PayPal using a Credit Card, but this will incur a 5% surcharge (which is what I will be charged by PayPal).
Please remember it is your responsibility to organise your own travel insurance to cover medical treatment while away.
NB: Cancellation charges
These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of the cost of your booking, but do not include Security Deposits* paid.
* If the Security Deposit of £200 has been paid – this is refunded in full – no matter how much notice is given for cancellation.
