Our Penthouse Apartment is situated in a quiet position just outside of Paralimni, near Protaras. Situated on the top floor of a block of only 8 apartments with a communal pool as well as showers and toilets it truly does have everything you need for the perfect holiday. Lift access is also available .
A private double parking space is included and a children's play area with swings etc . You will be only a short drive / bus ride from some of the best beaches in Cyprus as well as lots of lovelly local bars ,restaurants and tavernas .

The Famagusta District
Southern Cyprus has a fantastic climate with over 330 days of sunshine each year. It is also home to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Island with lovely white sand and glorious warm seas. Many of the local beaches have been awarded the blue flag and you can find every kind of water sport imaginable.
You are not to far from the beautiful Troodos mountains with its gorgeous little villages and cool fresh air.
If you would enjoy a little shopping whilst in Cyprus then make sure you go to the Capital Nicosia where the shops are really wonderful.
Paralimni area
Paralimni is a quiet local town that is open all year round , it has a beautiful town square and has a real local feel to it. Our apartment is located about a 10 - 15 min stroll away from the centre.
There are plenty of shops and a supermarket all with in walking distance as well as a glorious bakery .
The nearest beach to us is Firemans beach and is just a few minutes drive away , you could of course go to the famous Fig Tree Bay in Protaras as this is only a ten minute drive . If you would prefer the busier but equally beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa then this is easily reached in approx 15 mins .
In the evening there is plenty of entertainment to be found in Protaras or you might prefer the more lively resort of Ayia Napa.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca - Paralimni is then only a 45 minute drive away , this is mostly motorway driving. Easyjet have recently started flights direct to Larnaca ,although other reasonable flights can be found at www.flydeals.com www.flymonarch.com www.xl.com www. avro.co.uk
We can arrange transport from and to the airport for you if you don't wish to hire a car from the airport. This is from a local English guy and is payable locally.
Should you wish to pick your car up from the airport we will of course send you full directions prior to departure.

The interior of the apartment is bright and very welcoming , it is furnished to a high standard with good quality fittings and all you need to make this a real home from home .
Further details outdoors: The communal pool is a real sun trap and there are sun loungers and mattress's for your comfort. The pool has its own Ladies and Gents showers & toilets. There is also a private small children's play park on site.
There is a very spacious balcony with furniture for dining al fresco , or just enjoying the Cypus Sunshine .

The Apartment is no smoking although it is permitted on the balcony Sorry but no pets allowed A 25% non refundable deposit is required when booking with full balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure. You are also required to pay a fully refundable security / damage deposit of £100.00
